I’ve gone here about 6 times now and I always get the Banh Mi. The Banh Mi is decent but the service is absolutely terrible. It’s not all the staff, but usually just one guy in particular. He’s rude, if they make an error - instead of apologizing he makes you feel like it’s your problem, he’s grumpy and just flat out terrible at customer service. Whenever I go here and see him working, I just want to leave and go elsewhere, which I have done a few times already.

When I go somewhere whether it be a restaurant, a store, etc. I don’t pay to be treated poorly and like I’m an inconvenience. Providing decent customer service is not difficult but this gentleman clearly doesn’t want to be there nor deal with customers and he makes sure you are aware of this.

I am more than happy to change my review as I always believe in providing a fair one but something needs to get done about the poor customer service. I’m not saying he needs to be fired but he definitely needs to put some serious work into his attitude. nice enough, my friends were verr happy with their food, but 1 star because the chicken noodles made me sick and kept me up all night. I’ve eaten a lot of dodgy stuff in the past without issues so this is actually quite an achievement.

EDIT: I originally tried being nice by giving the service and atmosphere 4 stars. They were decent but nothing special.

However, the restaurant lost any grace from me when Google said I had been accused of unlawful defamation. For a fully factual review. What a genius idea. Clearly, Google felt this claim was as frivolous as I did and reinstated this review within 2 days on appeal.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, with dishes that were completely unflavorful and lacking the vibrant, fresh tastes that Vietnamese cuisine is known for.

To make matters worse, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude and treated customers as if they were an inconvenience. It felt like they saw us as their enemies rather than guests they were supposed to serve.
