If you're English you are not welcomed! We waited ages to be seated and got told to sit outside (there were loads of tables outside so not sure why we had to wait for ages) people after us were being let inside with tables because they were locals. Then we was waiting ages for a menu/ordering drinks so my friend said hello, she got told to WAIT with a hand gesture then the waitress said something in German about the English and the whole restaurant outside laughed at us but we still waited to be served after an hour she finally came to us to take our order took 2/3 and went to another table because they were German then disappeared again for ages finally took the 3rd order we was still waiting for ages so I walked up to ask how long will it take until the food comes (we left at 6 and by this point it was 8pm) she completely ignored me so we left! They were so rude we never received our food nothing was communicated to us and we were still polite! We are working professionals it’s the fact they made us wait and we’re so rude we left!
From checking the response that was given this is a complete lie I certainly did not put my middle finger up! I also did not refuse to pay when I asked for your assistance you ignored me so I told the others were leaving!! After several times of being rude to and disrespected even this response is a repulsive lie! You may report us as we only received drinks and we have witnesses to confirm how we was treated and disrespected! Coming from a mixed background I would never treat anyone the way you treated us! From other reviews shows you’re...

We went to the restaurant to have lunch with the family, small children and a baby stroller! First of all, once they gave us a table, the lady who served us looked at us badly because of the stroller we were carrying, which meant we left it stuck to the table, without bothering anyone in the way! After returning from the bathroom to wash our hands, we had a paper on the table with only 3 dishes! I got up to ask her if the menu was those three dishes or there were more! She replied very rudely to me to go to the table and she would bring us another menu! When she finally brought it to me, I told her that with small children we can't be eating for a long time in a restaurant and that's why I asked her for the menu and all! Giving the impression that it's different if you come with your partner on a romantic trip and have all the time in the world or with small children who want to eat quickly so they don't bother other customers! In short, her response is a bad face, a spectacular lack of empathy and very very bad manners! We immediately got up from the table and left the restaurant! What really surprises me is that the lady who served us seemed to be the owner... Her business will be very bad if she herself doesn't know how to treat people well! Honestly incredible! What a...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience.
We stopped by this place and were immediately met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude from the waitress. Without even greeting us properly, she bluntly said they only accept cash. When we mentioned we didn’t have any cash and began to leave, she suddenly changed her story and said, “No worries, you can still order,” which felt dishonest and frankly suspicious.
What made this worse was the overall vibe — it was hard not to feel that her behavior was racially motivated. She was curt and dismissive with us from the moment we walked in, yet we noticed she was much friendlier with other customers. Whether it was racism or just plain disrespect, it left a very bitter taste.
Not a place I’d recommend — there are plenty of restaurants that treat all customers with basic decency and respect.
Reply to the owner's respond: It doesn’t matter where your waitress is from — the problem was how she treated us. Your response calling it “lächerlich” says more about your own attitude than ours. If sarcasm is the best you can do as an owner, it explains a lot about the service. Respect should start from you, because when the owner shrugs off feedback, the staff learns to do the same. Basic courtesy isn’t that hard — unless, of course, you think being dismissive is good...
