Belissimo 🤌🏾. I’ve never been to Italy before, but boy do I want too after this meal. The pictures might not be able to do it justice, but we were certainly blown away by the Gnocchi. The tomato sauce was rich and flavourful. The actual Gnocchi was not heavy, but nice and light and the right amount of dough. Not sure if this same dish will be available by the time you read the review as it sounds as though they change the menu after a couple of months. As I enquired about another dish I had seen on google reviews and the manager said that was from a previous season. If you have space, make sure to get the Tiramisu. If you don’t have space, make sure to get the Tiramisu. They got everything spot on. We tried our hardest to scrape every last crumb and cream from the pot. We did however feel slightly let down by the Black Truffle Ravioli. In our opinion it could do with more truffle. Based on the pictures we did see from others, we were slightly surprised at what was presented and thought we’d get the big ravioli. On a whole we had a great experience. There have been a few comments about the manager/head waiter. He can come across a bit brash at the beginning, but once he warms up or you show kindness to him, he can be a lot more warmer and jokey.

A taste of Italy right on our doorsteps! We visited here on a Wednesday night, it wasn't full but most tables were taken at some point during our visit. I booked in advance and would probably recommend that however I feel that midweek you will probably be OK walking in (though I'd avoid the disappointment and book ahead if I were you!). The restaurant is small but cozy, not too many tables but a lovely comfy atmosphere. The waiter was really lovely too, friendly, checked in on us and helped with the menu choices. I can't lie - the best bit was the food. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and really reminded us of visits to small town restaurants in Tuscany. The pasta was outstanding with a delicious chewy texture and the ragu was far better than anything I've been able to get close to at home. Both of our starters were also fantastic and the wine menu had a good selection with varied price ranges. It looks like the menu changes regularly here and they would normally offer 3 options per course so one that it worth going back to in order to try out different things! I will definitely be getting back there!!!

I came here last night with a friend for dinner. You might easily miss this place as it is down a small stairs but it is by far the best Italian restaurant I have eaten in Dublin. I have seen a lot of reviews of this place on Instagram which is what drove me to it. There is a really simple menus with about 3 starters and 6 mains. We skipped starters and had the hand rolled truffle ravioli. This was so lovely and tasty but not too over powering. The waiter came by and gave us some Parmesan cheese which made it even better. They only serve water or wine as a drink and keep it really simple. I then had the salted caramel panna cotta which was so delicious they also had this with a sour cherry available. We had two coffees which were also lovely! The place is small however we were accepted as a walk in customer. I would say there were about 7 tables there. The meal came to 30€ each with a main a coffee and a dessert each. If you are into Italian food please consider this place. I would eat there everyday if I could. My pictures don’t do it justice.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called the day before to book a table for 5, was told that was fine. We showed up at the time I requested to be met with an angry man who seemed put out that we had five people in our group. Only 4 were there atr that point and he began pushing tables and throwing chairs around saying "you're sure you have 5 people?". He was extremely rude, and seemed really put out by us from the beginning. He mumbled what the special was, so we had to ask him to repeat it. He mumbled it again, at which point we gave up. A few minutes later our final friend arrived and she asked what the special was, and he got really angry and said "No, it's over, you can't have it" - They don't have their menu posted online, and I had certain dietery requirements, so I tried to order something off of the Starter menu to be told I wasn't allowed to only order a starter. The starters are only a euro less than the Mains, so I find that to be a bit ridiculous. During our meal, the server kicked our chairs, and at one point physically pushed my friend's chair without warning, to squeeze in another table. After the meal, a couple of people in our group wanted dessert. Instead of the dessert menu he brought the bill. She asked again for the dessert menu and was told "No, you said you didn't want dessert!" He was aggressive, and it made us all uncomfortable. We were there trying to celebrate an event for a friend, and we felt rushed out of there by the end of it. Really disappointing, as the food was authentic, but the overall experience was absolutely awful. If you like being made to feel unwanted, by all means, go here, otherwise I would...
