A heartwarming bowl of ramen made with quality ingredients which can be tasted through each part of the bowl. You can evidently taste good bonito, chicken and pork broth in the soup, strong deep tasting (due to the Rausu kelp used) that complements as it uncovers in your mouth. Menya (bamboo shoot) used was excellent, not fishy nor smelly at all, egg was done perfectly. Negi (spring onion) did not taste greenish and raw and it was fresh. Noodle tasted smooth and delicious.
I like how they marketed that the filtered water used, in order to obtain “delicious water” is a part of crucial ingredient in ramen to make its soup. This is what impressed me the most as the soup is the soul of a ramen bowl.
The only issue I had was that the pork belly slices were very fatty. Only 30% of it was meat.. some may love it.

Stumbled upon this ramen shop offering a unique mix of Chicken, Fish, and Pork to concoction a fine bowl of ramen noodles.
Noodles generally well cooked -- seems to be pre-ordered and unloaded from packets to boil. Eggs properly done, not overcooked, yoke still runny. Green onions came with a dash of bonito (fish) flakes adds to the flavor. Char Siew (Pork) slice was decent serving.
Broth is where it all comes together! A relatively complex burst of flavors as you take the first sip! There is the fish (without it being "fishy"), the sweetness from chicken bones, and then the pork!
