FOOD: GOOD QUALITY FOOD, guest’s dietary requirements and well being is top consideration by the owners. Well, this simply means, if you are gluten intolerant, speak to them and get recommendations for proper food options) Good portion; each serving can be shared with min. 2 people. And, they serve only North Indian food, NO fusion of Baba&Nyonya. (No disappointment at all 😄)
AMBIENCE: Nice cosy restaurant; clean and calm vibes. Sat extra hour just relaxing while enjoying my second cup of tea. Restaurant has facility of private room/area if required.
RULE : NO. 1 (AWESOME and HIGHLY COMMENDED) And another awesome part of dining here is, guests are advised to put away their mobile phones, no mobile phones usage on dining table, instead you get options to play board games while waiting for freshly prepared meals!
HOSPITALITY: Warm hospitality and guests are well appreciated by both owners and crew members. Checking on food served and guest’s acceptance on the served food.
Went in as customer; left as friends knowing the owners; their passion for good quality food and offerings.
Again, thank you to Mr Ram for the good food & tea😌. And Mrs. Kaur, thank you for sparing some of the 100% vegetarian...

Last night we went to dinner at this place. We were looking for a suitable option in Jonker walk area for Indian cuisine and went for impressive Google rating of 4.6. Hindi and Punjabi songs caught our attention from a distance and we were glad finally it would be a nice meal after a tiring outing. Ambience looked reasonable and there were no guests but us (around 10:00 pm). We ordered Indian vegetarian food - dal makhani, chole masala, jeera rice and chapati. Except jeera rice everything was below par. Dal and chole were bland and they really did not taste fresh either. I do not know which dal was served but that definitely was not dal makhani. Portion size was too small. We surely would have ordered more as we were damn hungry had it not been for the pathetic taste. Tawa roti should have been more soft and tandoori more cooked.

we did not got the hospitility which a normal family deserve, it was a dinner, and we was seriously expected a lot , seeing a north Indian Restaurant.
1: Quality of food yes i underrated it, cause presentation and services was below of standard of street shop. Service: we have been there for more than 2 hrs, with family and kids, we ordered some starter and main course,
we recived started post main course, second, we got bread as a first meal and waited for meal, veg after 10 minutes. hahahhaha
Lastly, we have to ask for water bottle once we asked, after our dinner.
