I'm thrilled to share my exceptional dining experience at Restoran The Kappan House, where I had the pleasure of indulging in their signature traditional dish, Kappan Cendol. This hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, mouth-watering Malaysian cuisine.
The Kappan Cendol, priced at an unbeatable RM$4.50, exceeded my expectations in every way. The generous serving of soft, chewy cendol noodles was perfectly balanced by the sweet, creamy coconut milk and the crunch of ice. The combination of flavors and textures was absolute perfection.
What truly sets Restoran The Kappan House apart is the evident passion and dedication to preserving traditional Malaysian recipes. The love and care that goes into preparing each dish is palpable, and it's clear that the chefs are committed to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
The service was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The cozy, rustic atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall charm of the experience.
In short, Restoran The Kappan House is a culinary treasure that deserves to be celebrated. Don't miss the opportunity to try their incredible Kappan Cendol – your taste buds will thank you!

Next, service was efficient but unfalteringly warm - we were greeted by the young owner who put up with our many requests and additional orders. :') He was also gracious and warm to our elderly parents.
Additionally, we accidently left one of our important belongings behind. The owner was kind enough to wait for us past closing hours and greeted us cheerfully, safely returning it.
Great service and lovely...

In March, the town was so quiet and sad to see the businesses have been affected during the pandemic. We stopped by at the Kappan House Restaurant for dessert after lunch. The Kappan served fresh and creamy coconut milk infused in shaved ice, red beans are delicious, most fragrant gula Malacca with their homemade secret recipe to enhance the taste of the sticky gula melaka , one of the best and delicious Cendol in Melaka that...
