When we realized they didn’t have solely shrimp ceviche we were about to head out as I was on a mission to find this, Joel went and spoke to the chef and they created a dish just for me! Spending an afternoon in Cusco. Decided to have some lunch and looked up the reviews and found this cozy restaurant. An amazing design inside the restaurant, and we ate out on the terrace overlooking the square. The reviews did not disappoint. We had ceviche to start and then a grilled chicken, which was amazing. A beautiful spot with a magnificent view from the Main Square in Cusco. My special favorite was the pollo a la brasa dish - the best pollo a la brasa that is served at a restaurant that is not a Pollería. Salads, sauces, and drinks were also top-notch. Our waiter, Johny, was very kind and lively, and the manager very attentive too. Excited about the live shows they will have from Thu-Sun.
