First of all, the business hours on Google maps are wrong. Their official hours start from 7 and don't open the door to the public until 7:06. I asked for a brewed decaf coffee. The employee didn't understand what brewed coffee is and she said they don't have any decaf (no decaf in Starbucks.. hmm). I showed her the Starbucks app and the exact coffee menu I wanted to order but she said they don't have and gave me this attitude 🤷 so I gave up and ordered regular coffee (a half coffee, a half water) then she lectured me how and why my order is wrong!!!!! also she asked my name very aggressively as soon as she started the order process (not in the end like in the US). The whole idea was about being friendly and customization, but the Starbucks culture got translated WRONG at least in this store, this particular employee.
