The service here is very poor. The old looking man needs to learn customer service as well as the manager that worked on 12/12/20. If I’m telling you the pretzels are dry why would you offer me butter to dip them in. Then tell me its going to be 20 minutes before I can get more all while being rude. If I say I would rather have my money back do you really think I want anything you may prepare for me. I offered to pay for a customers order using the funds I already paid and that posed a problem. How you not comprehend the even exchange of what I wanted to do. It’s plain and simple either you do the job you applied or find something else. Anyway, I popped downstairs to grab a pretzel. Bread back to work and took my first bite. Something is different. The dough is not the same. It’s heavier. The chewiness is different. I was having difficulty opening my app to scan the rewards only to have the cashier snap at me “ugh this is taking so long. Just pay already.” She was very rude overall and after waiting in a long line I was hoping for a more fluid experience. Her rudeness left a bad taste in my mouth and I wasn’t able to enjoy my pretzel fully knowing that I hadn’t needed to pay as much as I did if only I had gotten the reward working.
