I ordered two drinks, and unfortunately, both tasted rather bland, like water with a hint of flavor. This was my first visit, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. I was also charged an unexpected fee for using the kiosk to place my order; this wasn't clearly indicated beforehand.
There was a delay in receiving our drinks because the employee who prepared them left them unattended on the machine. He proceeded to make other drinks for customers who arrived after us, resulting in them receiving their orders before us. It seemed a bit petty, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, since we did nothing to warrant this behavior. He was probably genuinely a bit absent minded and we didn't want to make a fuss for some drinks.
One drink was an Oreo frosty, and I must say, it tasted as though only a single Oreo had been blended with a large amount of ice. It was disgusting. The other drink was a milk tea with boba, which was excessively icy, leaving it tasting like water and boba.
I won't be back and I won't recommend this place. Over $13 was spent on unappetizing drinks and poor service....
Read moreI ordered a signature milk tea with bubbles around 18:20pm on May 1. The staff only asked me the cup size and sugar level. I said Large one with 25% sugar and paid for it. Then she began making an icy one. I asked her to make a warm one but got refused! She said either without ice or hot. I insisted on a warm one but was refused again! There was no choice for me to choose the warmth level beforehand but she said there was! I even didn’t touch a screen! Then she even told me that there is only one cup size for hot drinks and that’s different from the Large one. I couldn’t understand how complicated it can be for a bubble tea shop to make a warm drink. Finally I canceled the order and she didn’t bother to apologize. I am not sure if this is the store’s poor policy. Anyway train your...
Read moreThe guy working 5/6 evening with the bleached hair has very poor costumer service. As I was looking up at the menu to order he yelled at my 3 year old " can you stop touching that" in a rude manner. she was not touching food but a simple plastic sign by the fridge. I understand with covid the necessity of keeping things clean, but he had no right to be rude to a 3yr old. I was not letting my daughter touch things, I took my eyes of her 2 sec to look at the menu when he yelled at her for touching the sign. I told him to next time tell me not my 3yr old, he rolled his eyes and proceeded to take my order. Please inform this employee to address the parent not yell at a 3yr old. the drink made by the girls while he was busy texting was...
