Go get the ice cream! Does not disappoint!

I had an amazing time watching them make the ice cream. My first time trying rolled ice cream and I was so excited! I got one of the specials- Salted Caramel Pretzel!

If there are people the wait can be long- the store had two employees today and were only able to use 2 of the 3 stations to make the ice cream. The process does not allow them to make more than 1 dish at a time. Be patient!

Just watching them work kept me entertained. I was a solo traveler when visiting their shop and an issue did arise when younger teens were “saving a place in line” for 2 other friends- basically they cut the line directly in front of me. They were less than nice about what happened (the tweens/teens)… but after they took their 4 orders they also took mine.

They. Made. Mine. First. - OUTSTANDING!! The employees saw what these younger people did and they made it right without saying a word. The rest of the line (who were also upset with the cutting) were very happy of what the employees did. They all realized I was in there all alone.

It’ll be hard to not drive from Fort Collins to get delicious fancy ice cream from very sweet and respectful employees.

The guy in this store is rude and inconsiderate. We were already in the store with a line in front of us when he just arbitrarily decided they were closed and told us all to leave. This made my four year old daughter start to cry. The people in line in front of us said he was having a bad day and just left. We had 7 people in line. We asked if he could just at least give the four year old some ice cream and he said that is where I draw the line and that we could call his boss. Look, I didn't care about the rest of the group and he could have sold us a spoonful at that point to just make it better, but, instead he had the most arrogant and rude attitude. Not even a shred of maybe trying to be nice about it. That really made me angry at that point. He couldn't say anything like sorry sweetly I wish I could. He just summarily dismissed a four year old as his line in the sand for good customer service. He clearly didn't care if we ever come back, so we...

Absolutely loved this place! Was visiting Breck on St.Patricks day for spring break, and was watching a friend's live band down the street at a bar. Before heading back to our hotel in Frisco we all of sudden were craving ice cream so I searched for the closest one that was still open cause it was already past 11pm. By my suprise I found this place on a google search, which I didn't even know there was one up here. It stated they were open til midnight so we just drove a few blocks over after the show. The two guys working that night were so kind and nice. We had never tried it before, and they answered all our questions even told us some interesting facts as well.
