Evan lost/ stole my phone.
We were visiting Breck and I damaged my phone the morning we arrived. We were able to purchase a new phone and left the damaged one with Evan for repairs. Since we do not live in the area we trade numbers with Evan so he could call us and arrange a trip for us to get the phone once repaired. A few months later we had not heard anything. I called and left a message, nothing. My husband called and was able to speak with Evan who told him he didn't know where the phone was and he would call once he found it. I called again a week later as we had not be contacted. Evan was rude and seemed confused why I would be calling. He let me know the stores policy of only holding phones for 90 days (this of course was never mentioned when we dropped it off). I told Evan we looked forward to his call once he located the phone. After several minutes, a woman came into the store and said hello, then retreated to the back room and did not engage with us. A few minutes later, two younger men came into the store, and immediately told us that they were closed and we needed to leave. It was a very weird experience, and the entire situation could have been handled better. The store door was unlocked, the woman did not tell us anything about being closed, and the hours on the door reflected that they were supposed to be open for at least another 4 hours.
My advice would be to lock the door next time- as the store is full of expensive electronics, and to put up a sign that reflects a change in hours or an...

Rather than fixing that issue (how-to's available on most Mac websites) they wiped the hard drive and re-installed the OS. They installed older OS than was on it and I lost all of my software. Then hey have failed to answer phone calls or respond to voicemail so as to resolve issue. After posting review here, the owner, James, called personally to see what could be done to fix situation.
