At Your Breck and Call — Local services in Breckenridge

My wife and I decided to speed run getting married so we had less than two months to get a caterer lined up for a rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch. We came across 'At Your Breck and Call' and were impressed as soon as we went over their different options for food and their dining services. Next we reached out and quickly got a through response with all of their different options, their suggestions based on the headcount, and finer details they have to offer.

We narrowed it down to a Southwest themed dinner with beef, steak, shrimp, tofu, chips, guac, salsa, beans, rice, salad, infused water, and a margarita bar. For breakfast it was your typical brunch spread with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar.

Before the event, chef Brenton gave us a call and went over even more detail. My wife and I were very impressed because Brenton really knew his flavors and knew how to ask the right questions to narrow down our preferences and pallet. Overall we had 100% confidence in his direction after the call.

For the rehearsal dinner he and his crew arrived exactly on time and got right to it. There was chef Brenton, a sous-chef, bartender, and a server/gopher. Shortly after they arrived we knew we were in for a real treat. The spread they were assembling was clearly better than anything I've seen in Summit County. The sights, smells, and flavors for the food were all extraordinary. Same goes for the bartender and the margaritas. At the end of the evening everyone was absolutely stuffed, there were plenty of leftovers, and everyone was beyond impressed with their work. On top of all of this they cleaned up and put everything away like they were never there. We thought it was really funny the tofu was the first main to be wiped out, and most people never knew it was tofu :)

I don't want to repeat myself too much but Brunch went off the very same way. Arrived exactly on time, started cooking, assembling, and displaying everything. The Bloody Mary's were exemplary. Easily the best I've ever had 'at home' and easily the best I've had in 12 years. Once again the entire crew was professional and attentive. At the end of the service there were plenty of leftovers, they cleaned everything up, and left like they were never here.

We contacted Britany, At Your Breck and Call about a private chef for our friend's 40th Birthday (we had 5 people and ordered pizza for the kids but they have kid menu options). We had Chef Ben who is an incredible chef. He was right on time, very kind & informative (about food, the area, recommended pizza place for kids), cooked amazing dishes (better than any restaurant) and cleaned up everything like he was never there. You get to pick your own menu & they give you recommendation menus per season. We had shrimp lettuce wraps, ragout with chicken sausage, beef tenderloin, truffle mac & cheese, asparagus & s'more molten lava cake with ice cream. They have an option for mixologist if you want drinks but we had our own. We were entertained watching him prep & cook ... it's inspired us to try new meals at home! If you go out for a nice dinner with friends ... this is a better option & you never leave your house. They also offer grocery delivery (reasonable too)...

We’ve utilized at your breck and call’s services three times now. Ben was our chef for our first experience and the dinner was amazing! We utilized the Christmas Tree decorating service at our Airbnb and it was beautifully set up, several guests were able to enjoy the beauty and commented how enjoyable and beautiful the set up was! Tom was our most recent chef and hands down the best meal we have ever had, Tom was efficient and right on time with each portion of the meal we had our two young kids eating with us and Tom was very accommodating to their needs as well. It’s been a month since the meal with Tom and we are still talking about it daily, would absolutely recommend at your breck and call for any of your concierge needs.
