Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cocoa Beach

We went there at 8:45 pm on Aug 18, 2025, their website says they are open until 10pm. We ordered subs and started eating there. In the middle of eating we were told we had to leave because they were closed. I explained to them that online it was stated that they were open until 10. They said, "Well it's really 9pm." We just got back in town from a long day at ORMC with my mom in ICU and we were very hungry. I work in a restaurant myself and we would be FIRED if someone came in before closing time and we asked them to leave in the middle of their meal. I have NEVER been told we had to leave a restaurant in the middle of eating. I told them they were insane for doing so. I was very angry & I spoke my mind. The man working there shot me the middle finger on our way to the car. I told him I was going to report him and this is the report. We entered the building before closing time. If they didn't want us to eat there, they should have told us immediately that we cannot because they were closing soon. They definitely should not have kicked us out in the middle of eating!! They could have let us stay and finish our meal. They definitely had sidework to do. I love Jersey Mike's Subs, but unfortunately, these idiots caused them to get a bad review. Went here to order food because my man was picking up lunch for us when When ordering a Philly cheese steak sub asked if there was cheese on it just a normal question to ask didn't think I was going to get laughed at like I was stupid, I as a loyal customer who goes there at least twice a week especially on my lunch break where I don't have much time and was told to vacate the premises without being served due to the managers poor quality of service Savannah and Katrina thought it was funny to laugh at me and asked me to leave I Would never eat at this establishment again. When my woman went to go get food for us she was asked to leave the store too because she asked what was so funny about asking if the Philly cheese steak came with the cheese already on it. They started cooking the food for her and asked her to leave as well even though she went by herself. How do you choose to treat customers like this we pay for the hours that the company is able to provide for sandwich makers that work there. Not only did we not get food but we got verbally assaulted and embarrassed by the employees that were there during this incident. This happened from 11am until 11:45...

Ok, this is something of a rant. I walked in to pick up a preordered sub.. They asked me my name, I said William since that is how my credit card shows, but my Google order thru postmates had me as Bill.. They were like "you said William, that's not the same thing.. " Omg.. Really!!? I told them what I ordered. They said "must be another store.." wow.. I'm not sure what level of common sense and customer service you need for working at jersey Mike's, but I guess not much.. They were like "we can't help you.." Ugh.. Whoever owns this store really needs to talk to their employees about helping people, instead of going straight to "it's not my problem" attitude.
