I am so very happy we got to come here. At first they were unwilling to care for my wife because she is terminally ill and that can lead to liability risks. They has said they would do a facial but not massage. To my surprise though when I came back down to schedule the facial Nicole and Tracy had spoken to Jessica the Masseuse and she was willing to talk with my wife and work around what was needed to offer her a massage. I decided to book both a massage and facial for her because I wanted her to have a nice relaxing time and it was also her birthday. When we came back for our scheduled apoitments they had informed us the facial would not be possiable because of potential risks to my wife. I spent time explaining to them that with my wife's condition, we were not worried about the risks I just wanted her to have a good 28th birthday, and that she deserved to be able to feel good and relax. When I came back to pick her up from the massage, they had explained the esthetician Sharon that was going to so the facial, had a different option they wanted to offer for my wife. This really made my heart so happy. They really went above and beyond to work around and even enhance her birthday with some small gifts. I really appreciate the time Nicole and Tracy took to help express the real importance of this moment for my wife and that both Jessica and Sharon we receptive and willing to find a way to deliver this special and much needed experience for my wife Keely. Incredible experience for more than the relaxation factor of the services I booked. At the beginning of my hour long facial I began to feel unwell (I’m 7 months pregnant). Serenity went the extra mile of getting me water, orange juice, a cold cloth without me even asking. After I felt better and cooled off she modified the environment to make sure I was comfortable and feeling well including lifting the head of the bed off, turning off the steam and bed heater, allowing me to sit up and reposition as needed and using cooler clothes. I received a gift certificate here and then decided to take that and splurge on a spa day for me and my best friend. We got massages and facials. I am pretty well used to massages, but I have actually never received a facial before and I think I am hooked. Everyone I encountered was professional and took the time to check in with me concerning pressure and about my skin. I have rosacea and had just started on a new topical steroid and the lady who did my facial was knowledgeable and upfront about how my skin might react with the steam and then was sure t use products for sensitive skin.
