My husband and I love this coffee shop! Every time we are at Easton it is a must stop :-) The shop is decorated nicely and fairly clean. Occasionally, it can be a touch messy, but that is because they are always busy! We have always enjoyed the customer service. The store manager, specifically, is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you understand more about the coffee. If you are confused about something on the menu, you can ask and staff all seem very knowledgeable about the different roasts and drinks. My husband always gets a Mod Bar pour over and always tries what is recommended to him. The coffee is not bitter and you can enjoy the subtle hints of flavor notes. This is some of the only coffee I can drink without creamer. I usually get an iced drink of some sort and have always enjoyed them. They use real ingredients to flavor their drinks. The coffee and product is of quality but the customer service and sensitivity training of the staff is lacking. I innocently forgot to put on a mask and an employee asked me to put a mask on - no problem, I’ll do what I need to. After ordering, I briefly pulled my mask down to itch my nose and look for a napkin or tissue. During this moment the same employee aggressively told me to pull my mask back up. At this point I respectfully walked outside to avoid giving the employee an anxiety attack. I understand that some can be rude and purposely give staff a hard time and that’s not right but responding to customers with patience and understanding can go a long way during these odd times.
