Premade syrups for drinks. Pale, bland, and mishapen butter croissant with a faint seran wrap tasting finish instead of rich butter. Maybe poor ingredient quality? If they're doing bare minimum on drink syrups they may be doing the same on the croissants.

The ham and cheese as well as pan au chocolat were also pale, inconsistently shaped, and inconsistent. Their breakfast sandwich looked like it had American cheese and cheap processed ham.

The fruit toppings on their cheese danishes did not look fresh and had a homogenous texture like they came out of a package. They did not look like any real fruit was included. Was too put off to try them.

Their specialty croissants were covered in icing or too much sugar to be appealing to try. Maybe that's how they hide the ingredient quality?

Had to ask to have it heated. Only good thing was the chew. Lamination was okay.

I do not understand their high rating.

Asked for napkins because none were available but neither person in the back heard me. Got some from Palmieri on my way out instead of trying to go back again.

For an almost 5$ piece of pastry, I expected better.

Better croissants from La Casita, Kuluntu, Bisous Bisous, Leila, or Village Baking Company. Even the frozen croissants from White Rock Coffee...

The food here is pretty good and does taste fresh. My issue is the customer service and the lazy environment. There’s a sign that says to ask for your food to be heated. They will not ask if you want your food heated (which they say is because customers have been annoyed by them asking? Seems like just laziness to me.)

You have to ask for utensils they are not just readily available. There’s ANOTHER sign that says not move the chairs from the bar to the bar tables. Here’s the thing — nobody wants to sit at a bar that faces a blank wall while they eat their breakfast. Nobody. The fact that your team is too lazy to move a chair back from the bar tables to the bar if someone forgets — to the point of making a sign is sad. My last issue is they never ask if you’re part of the reward program. I’ve had rewards that expired because I didn’t know I had them because they never ask if I want to use them. Finally — The guy in the bandana is so rude when he’s interacting with people. I dislike having to interact with him. Like...

Don’t be fooled if you see a long line of people here and think it must be good that’s why there is a long line. Wrong. There is a long line here most of the time because the service is insanely slow. The quality of the pastries barely makes it to average especially if you’ve been to other actual patisseries before. Pastries are very dry. Been here 3 times only because I live nearby but never again. First 2 times the wait was insanely long because of the slow service. Decided to go there one more time after a while because I was walking by and saw it was empty, thinking service would be fast. But no, they asked me if I wanted my pastries to be heated, I said yes. Then I waited for 15 minutes with nothing. I came up to ask them and apparently they never prepared my order and said sorry we forgot (yeah, there were barely any customers there). And I was in a rush already. Never again. Very bad service plus super...

I got the chilaquiles with chicken. There was a good amount of egg and chicken. The green salsa was just a little spicy. There were enough chips to share. The Nutella roll was huge and yummy. The croissants were beautiful and the dough was perfect. I wasn't expecting custard filling. The flavor was good, but surprising. My friend didn't like the texture. She also didn't care for her coffee. I got horchata latte that I liked. The prices were reasonable. There was a huge crowd and they handled it well. The Farmers Market is always a nice place to visit. Family friendly with clean bathrooms.

My roommate ordered from this place (I've never heard of it) and she got me a yogurt parfait and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The croissant sandwich was full of bacon, and the croissant itself was ever so light, flaky, and buttery! The yogurt parfait was probably my favorite! The yogurt reminded me of Greek yogurt, possibly mixed with whipped cream for a lighter texture? Either way the yogurt was just sweet and tart enough to be considered near perfect, and the servings of fruit and granola on top were a perfect match.

Ordered various items. Everything was baked well. I liked my concha, good taste. I did not try the Supremes (croissant). I personally do not like croissants. My wife did say she liked them very much. The various items all looked really good. Nice bakery in the Farmers Market. The staff was great, very friendly. They really liked people taking pictures and had a nice chat with them. Definitely will return.
