We were here over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, we had came in, waiting multiple minutes before seeing a host. When she came to the stand people were on the opposite side of the stand and the host helped them before us. I had told her “we had been waiting before they were here” she asked how many were in our party I told her “3” as we were all standing right there. She told us the other people had “2” in their group so she was going to seat them first. I told her that wasn’t fair since we had been there before them and they had just walked in. She proceed to tell us she wasn’t gonna seat us. I took out my phone to record the scene and she told us “f you” and “get out”. Highly disappointed in the staff. After asking for a manager I was told “we’re too busy to help you with the issue by the male behind the bar. We won’t be returning and we will continue to post the review and let our friends and family know. Terrible way to treat your customers. (Attached is the photo of the lady who told us f you)

Got into town late in the afternoon and looked for a spot to grab something small. No cell signal in town and we are so used to using reviews to determine where we eat but we went old school and chose this spot because there lots of people sitting outside. A bit confusing how to get an outside table so went indoors and learned it was first come first served. Grabbed a table and Shana quickly gave us menus and took our drink orders. We both had margaritas and proved to be a good choice. They came out within minutes and were refreshing! Decided to go with a couple appetizers and got cheese curds and the dry rub wings. The cheese curds were really good but the wings left a bit to be desired. We asked for them to be extra crispy - they were crispy and the rub was spicy but the meat was real fatty - more fat than meat which we didn’t care for. Shana was great and it was fun to people watch!

This is the best place to hit up for burgers. They have the best burgers in town. They are also one of the only places that carry diet dr pepper, if you're a fan like me. The food always comes out in a timely manner and the staff members are always nice. They have seating inside and outside. The outside seating is first come first serve and inside they seat you. Just beware that when they open, about 30 minutes after that they are beyond packed. Dinner is super packed as well so we usually wait to go around 730pm so it's not so packed and you have the option to sit in the nice cool ac. It is a very kid friendly place. They have huge tables and bothes to fit the whole family. The food is to die for. I have yet to try something I didn't like here. And if you're in the area and looking for good shots, they have the best apple pie shots!

The food here felt as if someone hastily slapped together bad quality ingredients and tried to pass it off as an actual dish. According to my brother, the wings were the ONLY good thing on the menu. They were oversauced with BBQ but were good compared to the Swiss hamburger my dad got (which only had a tiny piece of Swiss that you would miss it) and the chicken salad sandwich my mom got (the name is very misleading, it resembled nothing of salad or chicken, more of a badly sauced slush of white meat). My brother, who eats fries with almost every meal he can get, said their fries were the WORST he ever had. They were dry and tasted like they had been left out and refried over and over again. The coleslaw was limp and oversauced with sauce that didn't even taste like anything. And the cookie in the kids meal crumbled like wet sand that had dried in the oven.

Normally our family eats very green (since I'm gluten and lactose free) but it was 9:30pm and all the nice restaurants were closing soon.

There was not a SINGLE green option on the menu (veggie burgers don't count). I was going to have wings, but then I learned they were fried. They weren't even the crunchy fried chicken, I can understand that, instead they were exactly the same kind of chicken you could have gotten baked. WHY BOTHER TO FRY?

In other words, only come here if you are content with sipping some water and crunching on ice...

We popped in here on a Sunday night & asked how long the wait was - 10 minutes... no problem. As the hostess grumpily sat us she snapped at another table "I'm just here to seat people". We sat down and ordered drinks & an appetizer - expressed to our waitress Dandee that we would order food after our appetizer came. About 20 minutes later kitchen staff brought us our food. Our drinks had been empty for quite a while so we asked the staff if they could bring us another round of drinks. Dead face tells us "No". We think she is joking but to our surprise she is not. They have been crazy busy all day so they have decided to close early. Our server walks up and I express that we would have ordered our food and more drinks if we'd gotten a last call heads up because we had no idea they were closing. Her reply was "You should have googled it" as she snottily walked away- SERIOUSLY?????? How would I google that you are closing early? We were told they would bring us water - not even soda to drink with our food. To be honest the food was good so this could have been a 5 star review with a little better customer service. The manager did apologize and walk us out explaining that they'd been slammed all evening. As a veteran of the foodservice business I've been slammed to the point of tears but still never ignored a table and then instead of apologizing told them to google our...
