This place is AWESOME! Rarely does a place live up to the hype for me & even though there was much hype surrounding Sam's No. 3 it did. The first day we went it was about 10:30 so the estimated wait was long at about 40min. To be expected for this time on a Saturday especially if the place is worth eating at. Sadly our wait ended up being more like an hour but we stuck it out anyway. Glad we did because it was well worth the wait. When we sat down we were greeted warmly by a super friendly server. He took our order & minutes later returned with drinks & almost as fast after that had our food. All of it. This place really cranks out the food in a rapid manner. Whenever food comes out that quickly you worry about order accuracy & good quality. Both of those concerns quickly went away as our order was spot on and the food... Perfect. I ordered the country fried pork chops w/scrambled eggs & opted for the biscuits & gravy instead of the taters & toast. You can even do French toast if you have a sweet tooth. The eggs were incredible for scrambled eggs. Cooked alongside all of those meats & what not so all of that flavor comes through. The country fried pork chops are phenomenal. Seriously. Order these & prepare to have your proverbial socks knocked off. Lightly breaded & cooked to perfection yields a tender juicy pork chop the likes of which are hard to find these days. The biscuits & gravy were also perfect in their simplicity. My wife ordered a hollandaise skillet that was also very very good. I only sampled a bite but what I had was quite yummy. The cinnamon rolls... Oh, the cinnamon rolls. These are insanely delicious. Light, airy, doughy & cooked to perfection. The cream cheese butter glaze is out of this world. We split one & I could have just eaten a bunch of cinnamon rolls with nothing else & been quite content. Glad we split one though so we could enjoy other things as well. We like it so much we returned Sunday morning too. We debated other places that reviewed almost as well but when we looked at the higher prices & lesser reviews we thought to ourselves: why? Day two. This time we arrived earlier & the estimated wait was only 15min which turned into only about five. This time I went with the Kitchen Sink Burrito made famous by Diners, Dives & Drive-thru's. It didn't disappoint. It was HUGE & full of delicious food. The green chili smothering was also delightful. My wife ordered a unique twist on a Monte Cristo sandwich that used French Toast ham & eggs. The strawberry syrup dipping sauce was outstanding. Of course we split another cinnamon roll too. So damn tasty! In summary, Sam's No. 3 is the epitome of a diner. No frills or gimmicks. Just ordinary food cooked extraordinarily. I don't give out five star reviews often but this place earned it. Don't change a thing!

Breakfast Heaven on earth. I love to eat, because it is such a big part of life, so I take my food experiences seriously. This review was earned and this is what a breakfast joint should be. Check all the boxes for Sam's No. 3. Leadership must be good and they must treat employees well, because the employees are happy, welcoming and provide excellent service. On the to the food. I am from out of town and asked for breakfast recommendations from the hotel staff, Uber drivers, etc. and everyone said Sam's No. 3 and GO THERE HUNGRY! We went there twice and were never disappointed. Pictured in order are the Mediterranean Burrito with their AWESOME GREEN CHILI SAUSE!!!, Eggs Benedict over canned corned beef hash English muffin hash browns (shredded potatoes), Sausage egg cheese sandwich, another sandwich, canned corned beef hash-scrambled eggs- home fries (chunky potatoes), and last picture is half of an omelet that was shared (a little boring). Portions so big you should consider splitting if you do not want to take back leftovers. If you are a big eater, you will be completely satisfied. I cleaned my plate each visit, but know that the 5 others in our group could only eat half and were full. Ps. get a side of the green chili sauce if you order a hearty breakfast. You will see why. I will add they have a good draft beer selection and the bar was pumping out mimosa's and Bloody Mary's like a factory production line- - so people must love them.

Sam’s No. 3 in downtown Denver is a must-visit destination for breakfast lovers. The breakfast burritos are deliciously prepared and smothered in a flavorful sauce that will leave you wanting more. The burritos are filled with a combination of eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and potatoes, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. The sauce adds a great kick of heat and flavor that perfectly complements the burrito. Another great option to consider ordering at Sam’s No. 3 is their classic diner-style dishes such as pancakes and omelets. These dishes are made with fresh ingredients, and are sure to satisfy your breakfast cravings. In addition to the food, Sam’s No. 3 also offers a great selection of drinks, including their famous bloody Mary's. The bloody Mary's are made with high-quality ingredients, and are perfectly balanced with the right amount of spice and acidity. They are a great option to accompany your meal and add an extra kick of flavor. Overall, my experience at Sam’s No. 3 was very satisfying. The breakfast burritos were delicious, the service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere was classic and nostalgic. The prices were also reasonable for the quality of food and drinks received. I would highly recommend visiting Sam’s No. 3 for a delicious breakfast and a taste of classic American diner food.
