Subway — Restaurant in Frisco

i absolutely will avoid this place at all costs. for some reason all the employees taking your order dont speak English. ive left this subway multiple times mid order because the employee couldnt understand what i was asking for. went there today and every single person on the sandwich line, except for the manager, were people who could hardly understand english. one man didnt know what baloney was, the other girl didnt know what salt and pepper or oil and vinegar where. how do you run a business based on employee-customer communication and have employees who literally can not communicate? im not a racist and the manager is nice for hiring immigrants from different countries, but have them work in the back where they dont have to talk to poeple. idk if you noticed but this is america and the language we speak the majority of the time is english, its kinda a necessity to be able to communicate in...

I've tried ordering online from this location several times and they never seem to get my order right. Today I ordered a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Wrap, with added Chipotle Sauce and a bag of chips. Thought it would be simple enough. They forgot to put chips with my order on the pick up shelf (for the third time in a row), and they didn't even put steak on my wrap. Got halfway through before opening it to make sure. If I wanted just Egg and Cheese, I would've ordered that instead of spending $7 on a Steak, Egg, and Cheese. I had to say I wanted a foot long in white bread like 5 times because there was only 1 employee there and she didn't speak English. I asked for tuna and she gave me ham instead. I didn't notice because the window was blocked and I couldn't see her making my sandwich. Even if she didn't speak English, I don't understand how you can mistake tuna with ham...the soda machine had no ice and the beverages were warm as hell, it sucked. Probably the worst Subway I've ever been to. I don't know how you can have employees who don't speak English in the US. It's crazy and annoying.
