Not that this review will be that much relevant whether or not someone decides to take a bite at this place..but here it goes...time after time, we would decide to go to taco bell and literally hoping some new crew would be working. It wouldn't matter..because for some reason they can't get the order correct if they tried their best...each and everytime!! It has gotten to the point where I feel like saying ..give me what you would like for me to have...never mind what I order??? You won't get it right!! I really am starting to think these members get some sort of a kick by messing up people's orders..just like last night...I specifically went up to the drive thru window instead of the speaker..just to place my order face to face..thinking surely we can't get it wrong this time???!! Are you kidding me?? I order 2 bean burritos without onion...2 beef burritos supreme. A Mexican pizza and a taco!!! Came home to...4 bean burritos. One with sour cream.....and a taco that was doubled shelled with plenty of lettuce and cheese and a tablespoon of the beef?? So do yourself a favor and go to this tacobell..randomly if you want to and see for yourself...no matter when we go! They like screwing up...the manager there is just as worse..we thought he was a crew person until someone said no he's the manager..I said he can't seem to take a order..he always wanted to interrupt. All I can do is number 1..not go there anymore.. number 2 hope they get it together so that people who are on the run..dont feel like cooking or whatever the reason will be able to place a order have it done correctly and prepared the way its suppose to be...if you take a chance to see if this review was honest...you have been warned...but please just save your self some time and sanity...tell them to give you what they want you to have..you just need the total of the...
Read moreI haven't ever had an issue with Taco Bell here ever they are good about getting the orders right but tonight was the first time and the two people at the window had the worst attitudes. We placed an online order under Christopher, we stated Christopher twice through the speaker for the order looked at the screen and thought it was correct he had repeated the name back to us as Chris which we didn't think anything of it. We got to the window and waited for the food the girl at the window gave us a big bag of food and told us to have a goodnight without giving us our drink. I got a box meal that comes with a drink we tried explaining that we got a drink and she was telling us no. She proceeded to name the order we were given back to us and we said it's not ours then after we also showed the receipt on our end, we didn't give them an attitude we know it's easy to mix things up especially if there's more than one order with similar names. We were fine and weren't upset by the misunderstanding and was just waiting for them to switch the food and give us our drink by this time the guy who took our order at the speaker says there is another Chris who has an online order and hands us the bag and with the biggest attitude tells us we need to check the screen next time for absolutely no reason other than not wanting to admit to a mistake! It could have been an easy fix with no attitudes or issues but instead proceeded to give the worst customer service and treat the customer who expects the order they paid for to be correct "regardless of what name is on the order" like we were the ones...
Read moreI was there for the day Missy A reviewed, unless the events described happen frequently. Upper management was disciplining a lower manager, in front of God and everybody, in the middle of the dining room, in a casual plaid top, jeans, and backwards trucker hat. It was incredible.
The disciplinary hearing had begun before we entered, and wrapped up as we were leaving. The entire event was so uncomfortable, I thought we were on an episode of "What Would You Do?" There was so much shouting and nonsense, but to us it was obvious that Upper Management was trying to get Lower Management to quit on the spot... which is exactly what happened. UM was saying things like, "There are no transfers at Taco Bell," "It doesn't matter that I make twice as much as you," and "You're not going to uphold the Taco Bell Management Ladder of Success..." Weird stuff.
As soon as LM said that this was his two weeks, UM stood up and was like, "Nice talk, shame to see you go." and left.
One full star to the staff for getting our order completely right during this altercation. They missed just about every other order, despite another manager shouting what sounding like NASA moon landing directions, "What's the status on that quesadilla?" They even chased after a DoorDash driver, "Sir, are these your nachos?!? Oh thank god." The people sitting behind us went up to the counter to check on their food status, the woman sat back down, put her head on the table and muttered, "Every time we come here, it's...
