Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

The new store manager Roney was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my usual tall double shot dry cappuccino at Houston Galleria 2nd floor 5015 Westheimer RD Houston TX. Roney made my drink very heavy like a latte. I could not drink it, it had way too much milk, I always pay extra fee for the extra shot so I get a strong coffee and cover the taste of the milk. He told me " Let me guess, it not dry enough! " Then he started screaming saying that he is the store manager and he doesn't have time to redo it. I asked one of the staff that he normally makes my coffee to make it and he made it right, the store manager got even more embarrssed, he started being very rude and loud. I told him that I will complain about his bad attitude and he told me: "I don't care, I am the store manager, there is nothing you can do about it". So I called starbucks corporate and a complaint has been made against him for poor customer service and...

Disclaimer - Five stars to some of the ladies who work here as they are very polite towards their customers. This rating is about one order that made me decide not to go back to this place ever.

It took 20 minutes for this guy to prepare my Cappuccino even though there were less customers!!

Moreover, I requested the guy who works as a barrister for a small water after 15 minutes of waiting for my coffee and he was so rude that he poured water into the new cup and drank himself!!The ladies are pretty polite to the customers but one of the guys who works here is super rude.

In addition, my order was served with 2% milk even though I had the whole milk mentioned in my order.

Used to be a regular for a month. But, I am never going back to this...

I made an mobile order as I usually do, the 5 drinks were supposed to take 4-9 mins to be made. When we arrived at the store about 3 mins later we ended up waiting 20 mins and the drinks were still not done. So I asked about them and the employees knew nothing about my order, so I showed my receipt and they began to make them. 10 mins later we had 3 of the 5 drinks and they argued with me that they completed my order. So I again showed my receipt and they said they would finish the order, well then they came with one of the same drinks they already made and was upset with me! So then I told them yet again what drinks were mlm missing and they finally completed my order! This in all took...
