This review I’m leaving as I’m not satisfied with the response and outcome I received after this restaurant not only failed to put in an order correctly but because I was not reimbursed for the entire order. I did choose to return the food to the restaurant and had to go back there after pick up and already being at home after working. I ordered a quesadilla (without bacon) A side of guacamole and a side order of fries. The quesadilla had bacon on it. The pieces were lumped together. Mashed in the to go box. Sticking to one another. Not at all how they would look if plated while dining in. The condiments were thrown on top of the quesadilla in the same container. Not placed in a separate bag or container. The guacamole was put in a cup the size of a small ramekin in which you may put ketchup or mayo in. Hardly worth the extra money. I paid by credit card. It takes about three days to process a return to a credit card. I explained to Katie, the manager that I preferred to bring the food back. And to be reimbursed in the way of a gift card. I also wanted her to see how this was boxed. For the purpose of coaching team members. She didn’t seem interested in seeing this and told me that she didn’t need the to go meal to coach. I also expressed that I was not interested in them preparing the same item again after they didn’t get the order correct to begin with for reasons she understood and told me she was offended. Katie. The customer is Always right. You should have reimbursed me not only for the entire bill but for my time. Read moreMy family and I ate here Tuesday 11/5/24 at around 3:00-3:15 pm. I had only ever eaten at this location once before and that was about 6 years ago and it wasn’t too bad back then. However Tuesday was my families first time eating here. We had to ask a bar staff to be seated, she finally called a waitress over for us. I’m assuming that’s because the waitresses were busy which is completely understandable however there were only 3 tables being occupied at that time. We ended up getting the sweetest waitress and she was attentive and friendly to us but I felt so bad for the other few tables because their waitress was very snappy at them for whatever reason. As for the food we started with chips and dip and those were good, no issues. My mom ordered the chicken tenders and fries and the chicken tenders tasted good as far as the breading and seasonings but they weren’t of a good quality they were hard to bite into and rubbery which made them hard to chew. My daughter had the Mac and cheese and it was fine no issues. And I had 2 mini cheese burger sliders and they tasted really good but the burger meat itself was a little burnt. Thankfully overall our waitresses bubbly personality helped smooth out any qualms we had about our food. Again I feel bad for the other customers because their waitress wasn’t nice. Read morePossibly the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Normally I’d never write a review but since I’m also a server and if I treat my customers like this I would be fired, I figured it was right to write a review. First we got there and our server barely said a word to us. We got our food and there was a HAIR in my food. They took it back and gave us a new one. At my work, if that was the situation, they would’ve gotten the meal free or 50% off and a free desert. They tried to charge us for the entire thing. We didn’t not receive a discount until we mentioned something and we were given 5 dollars off the 25 dollar meal…. Ridiculous. Then I told the server as I walked by that I had a question, her response was “I have no more answers for you” I was going to ask if I could get the cake.. she also did not clear off our table at all. When I see that a customer had a small table I make sure to take anything I possibly can out of there way to give them more room. She did not remove anything until we were ready for our bill. The management was not good as well for allowing food to be served with a hair in it and then not doing anything to make up for her. The managements response when the food was brought back out was “hopefully this one is good for you, I have long hair so you know it could happen”. Will not be going back.
