Well, first off let me say the subs are delicious. Thatās the reason for the two stars. This was myGo to carryout restaurant during the height of the pandemic. Although the store kept changing the carry out process, it still was worth the drive for the quality subs. Once the restaurant started opening back up again I continue to order using the online app. Once you place your order you receive an email that tells you when your sub will be ready. I have yet to walk in the store and the sub be ready at that time. This last Thursday was the last straw when I waited an additional 20 minutes after I arrived waiting for my food. When I asked someone about it they checked for my order it was sitting on the back counter and one of the sandwich havenāt even been made yet. I drive 25 minutes to get to DiBellaās just for the subs. I will not do that anymore. Whatās even more disappointing is when I attempted to contact customer service by leaving an email I got a response to someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. After 24 to 48 hours and no response, I replied to the original email and told them I had not heard from someone and again I received an email that said someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. My response, seriously? Again another email that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I donāt think someoneās going to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours LOL I have always found the team members at the store I go to to be very friendly and helpful, but I also have observed that they seemed overwhelmed. Maybe itās a lack of leader ship or direction but they just do not seem to be able to handle any volume. Thereās too many other restaurant options closer to me To choose from rather than continuously being frustrated that my food is not ready when I arrive to pick it up. If you have not tried the Bellaās, I urge you to try them. Hopefully youāll have a better experience with the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hadn't been to Canton's DiBella's location for more than 3 years, due to leaving my job in the next-door building because of COVID.
My brother asked me to go out for sandwiches ("I'll buy, you fly!") and he suggested DiBella's.
(My brother and his wife used to drive more than one hour, one-way, from Louisville to Solon, Ohio just to get a DiBella's sub. Fortunately, "our" DiBella's -- opened after Solon's -- is only about 3 miles away.)
My brother and I had BOTH forgotten the deliciousness of a DiBella's sub!
And, my brother remarked, "I'd forgotten how BIG a large sub is!"
DiBella's has the freshest, best sandwiches, period.
DiBella's has, in my opinion, the best VALUE for the money, too!
The staff is always great at the Canton store. Doing their jobs, being attentive, and I don't think I've ever seen a DiBella's employee using a cell phone -- always a plus in my book.
This time around, I got BOGOF because I had rewards I didn't know I had! So my sandwich (the less expensive of the two) was free!
WIN-WIN!
Our sandwiches?
Brother's was a hot DiBella's cheesesteak, on sesame seed bread.
(I keep a cooler in my car, and his sandwich rode home in the cooler, which, without ice in it, also keeps warm things warm. That's a "pro-tip" for grocery shopping too, btw.)
Mine was a cold Veggie on sesame seed bread, with ALL the veggies except for hot peppers. DELISH!
Each sandwich was big enough for two meals.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy friend who has cancer was visiting from out of town and I was hoping for a nice lunch with subs because she was unable to eat them for a long time because something about them made her not feel well during chemo. I ordered ahead of time and asked for extra banana peppers and pickles. She was very excited about this meal. We got the subs and there was one banana pepper per side. And 2 or 3 pickle slices per side. Not to mention the ONE olive slice per side. She was so disappointed. I was so sad. This is the 3rd time I have gotten subs from here and every single time they disregard the extra banana peppers and pickles. I just dont understand how greedy you can be. It was a ham and salami sub and there was one piece of salami per side and all the rest was ham. I didnt want a ham sub. I wanted a ham and salami sub. You couldnt even taste the salami. For $32 I could have bought all the stuff from the grocery store and had subs all week. Ridiculous. What a...
