First off let me say God is good and Jesus is king and I pray over all the workers at this location. I just received the absolute WORST customer service at this location on this Sunday 04/06/25. I can see that this location is a VERY LGBTQ friendly and racist might I add. It’s obvious. So I ordered 3 things. Come up to window some rainbow hair guy (because I didn’t get his name) was just not friendly at all. No greeting just took my money, handed me my food and just shut the window in my face and said nothing. No thank you, nothing. Didn’t ask if I needed a straw and didn’t even give me the sauce I asked for to go with my egg bites. The lid on my drink wasn’t on all the way and it spilled in my car! So I called to speak to supervisor whose name was Dillon and I let him know that I just received awful customer service and he makes excuse saying they are busy. I’m sorry I’ve worked at Starbucks before and with many years of customer service experience there is no excuse to treat a paying customer like that! Before I could mention my drink spilling he hung up in my face and told me he basically didn’t care if I came back to the store or not. I came back through drive thru to get names and my sauce and drink re made. The other gay guy with red shirt shaggy medium dark brown hair rudely hands me my sauce, I let him know about my drink and he rolls his eyes because he had to re make my drink and then gets a nasty attitude saying he’s new when I asked for supervisor name who I spoke to on the phone. As a black woman and a service member of the Army I just find this place highly disrespectful and if I could rate 0...

Please do NOT come to this starbucks. I came in earlier this morning and ordered two seperate drinks. Unfortunately, with the first drink, there was an inconsistency. It did not taste the same or was made correctly. I asked the young lady in the grey mask, if she could assist me in remaking this drink. She yells at me and tells me it’s made correctly, even tho i was very nice about explaining the diffrnce. For my next drink, unfortunately It was not typed in correctly maybe? Again. The young lady, yells and tells me that I was the one who was wrong. However, she wasnt the gentleman who took my order. How would she know? Especially since the gentleman was outside taking orders and she was inside of the building. Either way, I was very polite throughout the entire experience. I simply didn’t mind waiting or giving the incorrect drinks back. I just didn’t want to be treated in a manner in which she was yelling and slamming things round because I wanted help getting something corrected. I do understand the frustrations of having to remake things, as I used to be a barista before. However, I was kind and patient and I wish i would have received the same respect back.Even if I made a mistake in ordering, I understand, and that is my mistake if this is the case. But please understand, this is your job? To be kind. And not be rude, slam things, yell and get snippy. I come to this starbucks at least twice a week and this was far from my normal...

Starbucks is a go-to for me when I want consistency and convenience—and this visit reinforced why. Entering the café, I was greeted promptly, ordering through the mobile app and picking up within a few minutes. It helps that many locations offer drive-thru or mobile pickup, making it easy to get my caffeine fix without much wait. I had their pumpkin spice latte (seasonal) and a breakfast sandwich. The latte was fragrant with pumpkin and spices, creamy and warming—exactly what you want when the weather turns cooler. The sandwich was fresh, with good flavor and enough substance to make breakfast feel satisfying rather than rushed. I appreciate the variety of milk alternatives and the way customizations are handled—staff seem used to the special requests, and they tend to do well. Price is the biggest trade-off. You pay for the brand, ambiance, and consistency; sometimes that means the cost feels a bit high, especially if you're ordering frequently. Also, depending on how busy the location is, things can get crowded and noisy. Still, for what it is, Starbucks offers strong reliability, good drinks, and a welcoming...

Starbucks is my go-to hangout spot on weekends with friends 👯‍♀️. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and chill. We’ll grab a table, sip on our favorite drinks, and catch up on life while people-watching 👀. My personal favorite is the Matcha Green Tea Latte 🍵—smooth, earthy, and lightly sweet. My friends often go for the Frappuccinos, which are like little dessert parties in a cup 🍨🧋. The pastries, especially the cake pops, add a fun, indulgent touch to our meetups 🎂. The staff always make us feel welcome. They’re quick, patient with custom orders, and never seem rushed. Plus, the seasonal drinks (looking at you Pumpkin Spice Latte 🎃) keep things exciting throughout the year. I also love how Starbucks accommodates everyone—plenty of non-dairy options, sugar-free syrups, and even some surprisingly good snacks. The vibe inside makes it easy to chat for hours or just enjoy a quiet moment. If you’re looking for a comfortable spot to connect with friends over coffee and a sweet treat, Starbucks is the place to be. It’s a little weekend ritual we all look forward to! 💚☕

Art! While in KC we often visited this particular Starbucks as we often drove by it during our visit. Starbucks chains are often the usual, and you basically know what your going to get. However at this particular SB, I was intrigued with the local art. KC is known for its art and I found that many local stores and coffee shops carried some beautiful pieces. The shop itself was pretty busy each day from the drive through to the inside environment, but you know that often means they are good at what they do. Our wait time each day was about an average of 15 minutes.
