Good service is clearly non-existent here. Heck it wasn't even mediocre! Drive thru guy has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, and honestly seemed like I was bothering him by visiting the location and giving them MY business when it was only convenient due to it being on my way home from work. Unfortunately this McDonald's is located on Sahara, which is in the "ghetto" part of Las Vegas and right off Las Vegas Blvd. I shouldn't have expected much from such an area and the people they would choose to employ there. I was being extremely polite to him and treated him with complete respect like any normal human being should. So having 2 sides of the story and it being completely different from my side, doesn't apply to this situation. I even said thanked him as he just handed me my food and drink without uttering a word. No thank you back, have a good night, NOTHING! Honestly if you hate people and your job, go be homeless because clearly you're not made to work with anyone, even co-workers if that's the type of attitude you carry throughout your day. And these type of minimum wage workers want to have higher living wages? For what? Honestly even that is paying you too much for such a BASIC job that you can't even do correctly! Learn some simple life skills such as being kind to people who are helping to pay your wages and keeping the business running. Sadly I blame this on the parents of this gentleman for not teaching him these things as a child. No wonder why places like this is so messed up and I hate even giving them any further business. McDonald's has gone down the drain and the cost is so high these days, that honestly, I'd rather go to someplace that doesn't freeze their food and add a whole bunch of unknown junk and addictives inside. Even eating at a restaurant is pretty much the same price and 1000% healthier for you. My advice, go somewhere else, anywhere else. A great suggestion, In-N-Out is a helluva a lot tastier, healthier, about the same price, faster, and the people actually there are NICE to you! Like they appreciate your business and have respect for their customers. Plus they open very late too at most locations. About till 2am so a much better option than McDonald's. My family and I USED to go to McDonald's fairly often. Thankfully we rarely go there anymore. It's normally now one of the LAST options we choose these days, if at all. Maybe at best, once or...

⭐☆☆☆☆ (Not what I expected!)
I recently visited a McDonald's that I usually enjoy, but I witnessed something shocking during my trip that made it a memorable—though not in a good way—experience.
The Atmosphere: As always, McDonald's had its typical fast-food vibe, with bright colors and a bustling crowd. The restaurant was clean and organized when I walked in, which is a usual positive note for this chain.
The Incident: While I was waiting for my order, I noticed an employee who, for reasons I still can’t explain, started eating food directly out of the trash! I was taken aback and couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was not only unhygienic, but it also made me feel uneasy about the overall cleanliness and food safety of the establishment.
Staff Reaction: Some customers around me noticed too and shared similar looks of disbelief. While the staff at the counter handled orders efficiently, there was no immediate response to what was happening with the employee rummaging through the trash.
Food Quality: After witnessing that incident, I was hesitant to enjoy my meal. However, my burger and fries were standard McDonald's fare, which is usually reliable in taste. They were what you’d expect from the franchise, but my appetite was impacted by the earlier event.
Final Thoughts: This experience left me feeling concerned and disappointed. While I usually love McDonald's for its quick service and comforting food, this incident was hard to overlook. It’s unlikely I’ll be returning to this particular location anytime soon.
In summary, my visit to McDonald's turned into a surprising and unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior because customers deserve a clean and hygienic dining...
Read moreI would not recommend stopping here. The service is awful. I stood in line for more than 5 minutes because all I wanted was a large drink. After the cashier finally got to me he gave me my cup and change and acted like it was a huge bother for him to wait on me. The drinks are all self service at the drink station. I go to get my drink and there is NO ICE! So I walk back to the cashier and there of course is still a huge line, since he is moving at a snails pace. I wait in line for another 5 minutes because he is not looking up for anything to try to get his attention. Everyone is steaming madd that they are having to wait so long so I didn't dare try to make my way to the counter. When I finally get to the front of the line and tell the cashier that there is no ice he says " ha ha I have to press the button to enable the machine to dispense ice" so I guess for some reason they monitor and ration the ice at this McDonald's. Even so, you would think if that's the case then since I only ordered a drink and was not the only person standing there trying to be ice, he would have pushed the button as soon as he collected money and handed me the cup! 20 minutes for a large drink that cost $2.24 if it would have no taken a life time I would have demanded my money back. FYI there's a 7-11 in the same plaza and why I did not just go there well... Ill never make that mistake again? The employees at this McDonald's are awful, no sence of urgency or hospitality or any customer service. The dingingroom was a mess and the trash was litertly coming out the trash bins onto the floor. How gross! This is not the first time I have experanced awful service here but there defintly will not be another time because I will never return...
