Order is over 20 mins late at 12:55am... Called store at 12:54am and they said the "tracker probably timed out, it should only be about 5 more minutes."
At 1:05 am order still has not arrived, over 1hr after placing order with a 23-33 min delivery estimate.
Called store again at 1:12AM, employee who answered said that the driver said they must have the wrong number on file - but quoted my number, it was/is correct, and works fine. Nobody has tried to call or text saying delivery arrived, as requested in the special instructions section of the order. Not sure why the store didn't try contacting me, if the original delivery driver had already come back to the store with the order, and the store knew I had previously called.
Said that the pizza would be dispatched again, quoted "about 5-10mins" for delivery on a 2nd attempt.
Only attempting a 2nd delivery because my card has already been charged - if I had selected "cash," I would have just cancelled the order. Really bad customer service.

We were owed 18 cents back on a large pizza and he did not give us 18 cents in change, thinking it is ok to steal money from customers regardless of how small the amount is. Whatever how much money it is to give back, you have to give it back to the customer. You do not have the right to decide what the threshold is to return money. You are STEALING regardless if itโs 18 cents or a 1 cent. If this is common practice for him, he needs to be FIRED. We will be filing a complaint on this manager. The first time, the entire order was meant for someone else and my name wasn't on any of the boxes. I'm not sure how the order was sent to me when it wasn't even the correct address on the box. The second time, I ordered two plain pizzas and they were delivered with a bunch of different toppings. Again, not sure how an order can be made and delivered when it doesn't match anything on the form.
