Kreation Juicery & Avoholic Bar - Highland — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I love this place. I will however say that my usual spot is the one on 3rd Street.

Ended up here last weekend because I decided get to know my new neighborhood by spending the day walking around. The end game was to stop in for a bite when I got tired/hungry. I took the long way and basically walked in circles (this is only half a mile from my place) and eventually headed their direction when hunger kicked in.

Like most brick and mortars, it was empty when we got there. There was however a ton of orders waiting on the table outside. More on this later.

I got the Amazon bowl because that in my opinion is the best they have to offer - bowl wise. I of course finished off the whole thing.

Service was great, but that should be expected considering no one was there. I'd say roughly 4 people dropped by to order to go. I ate my bowl on the table outside directly across from entrance door. It ensured I was far enough from everyone who dropped in.

I did notice all bags that were sitting on the table were still there by the time I left. I have no idea how long they were sitting there for before I walked in, but I stayed a good 20 minutes and not one had...

Super disappointed in the service at this location only. All the others are way more friendly. I didn’t catch the name of the African American cashier, & maybe she was having a bad day...I used to work in the food industry so I get it- we all have our days. I could get over the not being greeted part, but then the next person that comes gets a greeting, offered samples, the whole shebang. That was weird...she saw me witness it all as I was still there waiting for my açaí bowl that also took a lot longer than the older locations. No sense of urgency at all which really irks me. But to all the people complaining about price, seriously just STOP. Don’t you guys look at a menu before you order??? Why so surprised?? Go eat McDonalds if you want cheap food. Everything made here is REAL & ORGANIC sir (not to mention tastes SO good!!!). You can really tell the amount of passion Miss Marjan has put into her stores!!! I will always be a loyal customer, just definitely making the detour to go out of my way to avoid the people here. Oh, even my Postmates order from this location took 20 minutes longer than expected so beware...

Your place to supercharge on the block! They have an amazing selection of fresh-pressed juices, coffee, tea and an array of healthy food. I love looking at their fridge and reading about the health benefits of their offerings.

They had a turmeric butternut squash soup as a sample, tasted so fresh and warming.

I sat outside with a friend for a couple hours. They have a great outdoor balcony space with a fountain and cute plants. It’s comfortable enough to bring a laptop for work.
