There was no one there to really help. I asked one employee for help and she assisted me to what I thought was going to be the the best hair extensions of my life. I paid over $300 and within 2 weeks of having my beautifully beaded in extensions the hair started to look dry brittle and started changing into almost an orange gold color. Unfortunately, I was filming at the time and unable to do anything about it. The director wasn't happy with the changing into a different color. I had put no heat on it and used the correct cleansing routine. Day by day the hair started to look worse and worse. When the filming finally wrapped, I called the customer service number to explain my experience. First, I was hung up on. I was not mean, I was very polite. Then, I called again and finally got through to a supervisor who then told me I would need to take out the extensions and send them to a lab to figure out if what the problem could be. If it was a problem from them they could later give my my money back, but that could take about a month with no extensions still needing to audition for projects. They then told me, that I didn't qualify to get my money back since it had been after 2 weeks of getting the extensions so there was nothing they could do. It was a waste of money and a scam. I don't suggest this hair extension store to anyone. I have been doing extensions for 6 years now and this was the first time I had ever had a problem. I just wanted longer, thicker, beautiful hair. I then took the extensions out and put my old shorter ones back in. Still the extensions I bought from this store continue to look more and more terrible by the day and they're just sitting in my closet. It ended up costing me over $900....
Read moreI cannot say enough about this store, the products, and ESPECIALLY the customer service! I've purchased clip in hair extensions here twice now. The first time service was fabulous and the hair was amazing! I was even able to dye it the exact colors I wanted. It lasted me TWO FULL YEARS of wearing it EVERY day (and styling it sometimes with curling irons etc..) Then I decided I wanted to switch up the color and length (longer) and bought from them again. It was an expensive purchase for me this time, as my business has been closed 6 months due to Covid19, but I felt it would be worth it. This time I had an issue with the product. Only two months in the extensions had lost SO much hair and looked really bad. I called the store and everyone was really sympathetic. They put me in touch with the manager. Even though I didn't have my receipt, had passed the 30 day return policy, and had dyed the hair (which voids a return), I spoke with Jenny the manager and she was SO kind and helpful. She told me to come in and she'd see what she could do with maybe a discount or something. Then when I came and we discussed it further, she decided to allow me a full exchange!!! I was blown away by her kindness. She also helped me choose a slightly different product that would help prevent the dye from hurting the extensions and last me even longer based on my needs. Read moreAfter using them for 15 years as a professional stylist I'm giving up. The prices have gone up alot and the quality way down. Both myself and my coworkers have had problems with quality recently. My client has been wearing this brand for years and knows how to take care of them. Sometimes sets used to last almost a year. She used another brand for a year since she wanted curly hair but came back to hairshop for straight hair again.This new set after 8wks was really dry and started to shed and after 3 months looks like straw!! It's so dry and breaking off. It's constantly shedding after 3mo she said she has maybe 1/2 the hair left. When I reached out to support the most they would offer is %15 off the next batch and I only got response from a manager after I called them. Unacceptable this hair needs to be replaced or refunded. For hair thats allegedly worth over $700 his hair is not worth it. I added photos. Lost a long time salon customer, I can not professionally install hair that the company does not stand behind. Side note I loved that they changed their website to all sales are final they KNOW they got bad hair look at the recent reviews.
