Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

2 years I have gone here. I live down the street I come only for the convince. 75 percent of the time my order is always messed up. Sometimes when I order chili cheese fries I get a bake potatoe a majority of time. Half the time I'm missing a order. They mess up the dressings and that has been A CONSISTANT issue. For the price combos they have there you would think they wouldn't miss up your order all the time. Even breakfast I found it so funny on my way to work picking one up this happened 4 times in a row I asked for a bacon croissant and I always always got sausage for a while I said whatever because I had to go to work. But after the 5th time in a row I thought this was ridiculous. I went and said hey you guys have done this consistently nicely and handed the order back and asked of they can fix it. You know what they did. They came back with to slices of bacon in a napkin. I looked at the lady and she tried to hand it to me but I just said you guys can keep the croissant. I don't even want my money back. I have never went back sinse. Also to alot of others you would know this place constantly mistakes orders. Sad part is how can you get breakfast orders wrong first thing in the morning. With only one customer in drive through. And that one customer was just me. Drink some coffee...

I own a house in this neighborhood and have come to this JACK IN THE BOX for over 35 years. On Monday, we ordered through the drive thru and when we got our Cokes we noticed that they didn't have gas and were super sweet as well. We told a bald worker that they were too sweet and bland. We let him know we wanted our money back for the cokes. He was very upset. We were also waiting for our curly fries. He returns our money with an attitude. After another few minutes we asked where are fries were. He was super angry and began to raise his voice telling us that we were causing problems. What?? We decided to just drive off because he was very unprofessional and lacked clear communication skills. When were were driving off he yelled out something and slammed the window shut. In all the years we've come here that has NEVER happened. We called later to make a complaint but according the guy who answered the phone the manager wasn't there. I called again at 4:47 PM the next day (Tuesday) and a female worker answered. She said the manager wasn't there and to call back in the morning. I asked what the managers name was and she refused to give it to me. I then asked her what her name was and she refused. I'll definitely be calling their corporate offices this week to...

I was there on Tuesday. I have been going to this location for a very long time. I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger combo with large fries and soda. The burger has 2 hamburger patties. I put barbecue sauce on it in addition to the mayonnaise and mustard already on it. It was excellent. The fries were large and the soda was large. You can also order this combo with bacon but I don't think it would make a big difference so I order it without bacon. I would have given them 5 stars but I also ordered a chicken sandwich for $1.79 and the chicken sandwich had lots of pieces of hard large clear things in the chicken. The chicken sandwich was disgusting. The manager was very nice. She even said enjoy your food when she gave me my order. I never use their bathroom, because it's a tiny scary bathroom. The dining room is usually not crowded. The customers are some nerd types that work in the area, Hollywood tourists, trans genders, and drug addicts. While I was eating this time a group of 10 thugs walked in, didn't order anything, then left. I was too focused on my food to acknowledge their existence.
