Whipp'd LA — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I recently ordered a cheese garlic chicken wrap from your restaurant, but I was extremely disappointed when it arrived. Upon opening the bag, I was taken aback by how different it looked compared to what I expected. I initially thought there had been a mistake with my order.

If you take a moment to compare the photo I sent with the menu image, the discrepancy is clear. The wrap I received looked more like a taco, which is not what I anticipated at all. This misleading presentation left me feeling misled.

To make matters worse, the taste did not meet my expectations. The flavor was unappetizing, and the overall quality was far from satisfactory. I ended up throwing the food away, which left me hungry and frustrated.

When I reached out to Uber, they informed me that the merchant (Whipp’d LA) will not issue refunds for such issues. This feels incredibly unfair, as I expected to receive the product I ordered. Given this experience, I regret to say that I will not be ordering from your restaurant again. I had hoped for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, it fell short on...

As a person with food sensitivities I was so excited to see that this restaurant carried “Thin Slim Brownies” which are gluten-free and low in sugar and fat. Like, Yeah I can have a moderately good brownie and not have a stomachache, hooray! I ordered a bag of 10 to make it worth the delivery fee and was so disappointed when I just got 10 Giant normal bakery brownies which clearly were not what I was expecting. I’m very familiar with the thin Slim brand, and the packaging it comes in, which was depicted in the photo on my uber eats order along with the gluten-free and nutritional label. I can’t imagine an unsuspecting person who isn’t already familiar with the brand ordering this eating these brownies and getting super super sick as I would have had I eaten them. Please just don’t say you have an allergy friendly food available if you’re only going to send a non-allergy friendly version. Not to mention folks who are concerned about calories. These brownies were certainly not “45 calories” as labeled more like a 600 calories per based...

I am giving this 1star only because it is the lowest I can give. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!! Delivery said 10:50 so I didn't pay attention to my phone at 10:25pm. They texted me and said at 10:25 we left your food outside the door, of the building which is on a corner of a busy street in Hollywood. OUTSIDE!!! FOOD!! They didn't put my ice cream sandwich, wrong dole whip and the nacho look nothing like the picture. I contacted Grubhub they said it's a third party delivery and didn't seem to care. THIS IS DISGUSTING and I will be reporting to the food inspectors of LAC. They did call 3x and then left the food and left but they also texted me to tel me the food was left down there, which I replied immediately because I don’t answer to unknown numbers. So they can try to be all nice and like they did a great job but at the end they could of just texted and I would of met them down there. They could call but not text ?.... and then texted to say the food was left outside....
