Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Great Chicken burgers. I'm from the UK, so first time trying Chick-fil-A. I've had lots of recommendations to try & it was pretty good. Thick juicy chicken fillet, soft tasty bun l, fresh salad in the burger & really good milkshakes too. I also had a side salad, which was tasty with the balsamic vinaigrette. Only 2 cherry tomatoes in though, so it was mainly leaves. Tried a few of the waffle fries, which I wasn't that fussed on to be honest. My daughter had the kids nuggets, which was a very small serving for a 9yr old. I'd probably get her an adult meal next time. This branch has no eat in restaurant, just an outdoor seating area. You order from various walk up windows. They have fine spray machines though above the service points to keep you cool as you queue to order. Seating is noisy as you're right next to the road. They have customer toilets, accessible only via a pin code from the staff. They have to let you in too but were incredibly helpful. It's a bit of a haphazard system to order. Only 1 window was open today, with quite a few people waiting. The lady taking the orde, though, would disappear off to make some drinks every now again though, making the queue time longer than needed, even though there seemed to be plenty of other staff to do this. Once your order is ready they shout your name (which you’ve given) out the window, a la Starbucks. As others have suggested, they could do with a McDonald's style order status screen. Plus, I think you can order for robot home delivery at the moment, as they had 4 delivery robots lined up outside. Recommend a visit though, it seemed really good quality &...

Oh, Chick-Fil-A...You are such a wonderful, family friendly organization! I have been a satisfied customer for years living in various parts of the US. I lived in Florida and can still remember that humid wind blowing in my face as rolled through the drive-thru waiting for that delicious hot meal. I have recently journeyed out to California where I now reside and couldn't wait to get my hands on some Chick-Fil-A!

However, along that journey something went astray. More specifically; on the night of August 21st, 2013 at the corner of Highland Avenue, and Sunset Boulevard...

...Now I'm not referring to the meal itself. That spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a fresh squeezed lemonade was still as intoxicating as it always has been. What I am talking about; is the service. I was traveling with a friend, a female friend....as god intended me to....

...so naturally I doubled my order, bringing our meals to a whopping $16 and some odd cents (we all know about that California Sales Tax). I believe I speak for every Chick-Fil-A customer when I say that I would greatly appreciate 100% of the food I ordered, rather than 83.333% leaving me one spicy chicken sandwich shy of my desired order!

Now forgive me if I came off a little strong in that last statement, I'm just hungry. I just thought you would like to know because lets me honest, a good business is consistent, but a great business is always...

Absolute worst place for 3rd party pickup orders. I do uber eats they use the same pickup window for all orders which is so inefficient for people in store as well as pickups. Today I was alerted of an order and its 3 mins away, I waited 5 mins then left so took probably 8 to 10 mins then waited in line for 5 mins. Right when i got to the front of the single long line, the girl working walked away and didnt achnowledge me, I saw her walk around and did nothing and eventually returned after I saw her do nothing at all. I had to lean into the window and ask another girl standing there for my order who was wearing a manager polo and amicably talking to a co worker no more than 2 feet away while I stood there waiting for service after waiting in line! She scanned the bags and the order was STILL not ready. I had to ask how long she said maybe 5 mins but didnt seem certain. I cancelled for another driver to pickup later they dont care about your time at all. In addition this company is known to fund anti gay groups and conversion therapy groups yet I still see some gays and so many people supporting this shady inefficient company all for some mediocre chicken that takes FOREVER for the 50 people standing in the back doing nothing to make for you. Will not support this company any longer go ahead and wait for me to come back chick filet, like I have waited so many times for my pickup...
