Nestled conveniently close to the beach, with ample parking for a quick stop, this food truck has become a staple of my dining routine. Its prime location next to where I live, coupled with the easy access for beachgoers, makes it an ideal spot for grabbing a bite after a day in the sun or during a leisurely beach walk.

One of the most commendable aspects of this food truck is the service. Despite its popularity, especially during rush hours, the staff manages the queue with efficiency, politeness, and accuracy. The wait time is surprisingly short given the crowd it draws, a testament to the team's dedication and organization.

The highlight for me, however, has been the food. It's rare to find a food truck that surpasses expectations to the degree this one has. Both the taste and presentation of their dishes are remarkable, rivaling that of high-end restaurants. Each meal is a testament to the culinary skill and passion of the chefs behind the window, offering a gourmet experience on the go.

A minor note for future patrons: it's preferable to pay with cash, as the truck imposes a 2.75% fee for card transactions. While slightly inconvenient, this detail is easily overshadowed by the overall value and quality of the food and service provided.

In summary, this food truck is a hidden gem by the beach. Its combination of a convenient location, exceptional service, and outstanding culinary offerings make it a must-visit. Whether you're a local or just passing through, missing out on what this food truck has to offer would...

We were so glad we found this place for a quick bite to eat on our initial jet lagged days in our vacation . The menu is mainly sea food based . We heard great reviews about the grilled mahi mahi and coconut shrimp and ordered them and man it didn’t disappoint.. the mango salsa on the grilled mahi mahi was perfect with right savory note and the fish was grilled to perfection .. the coconut shrimp was huge with about 6 in one order and was crispy and came with a sweet mild spicy asian inspired sauce .. but the highlight for us was the yummy fresh salad with goat cheese .. it was a very pleasant surprise .. the dressing was so creamy and had the umami which kept you going ..we could just eat a whole bowl of the salad alone and be still left craving for more .. also comes with a side of rice.. would highly recommend this place to get yummy local food without the bells and whistles but with the substance...

Wonderful food! Worth every penny. As a local it is one of my favorites. Great quality and great value! Just steps up the hill from Kam 1 beach. She opens at 5 for dinner, so it is perfect to pick something before sunset and walk down to a beautiful sunset with great food. I had the grilled Ahi. Excellent! It comes with an excellent salad! I am not sure which I liked best! Both outstanding! It also comes with rice. The rice was also, very good! It is a plate full of food. I had the wasabi sauce. Works well with the Ahi! But I also had the ultimate sauce that worked extremely well. I think you can choose any sauce you would prefer. She creates excellent sauces! Next time I think I will try the Lilikoi sauce. If you want great food, friendly service, and a great price I would recommend this food truck! It can be busy at times, but be patient, that is a good...

This truck was such a pleasant surprise, so much so I had to go back for dinner the next night - and I was only in Maui for two nights. The food absolutely blew my mind, even though it’s a simple plate of wild rice, salad with feta and a creamy, sweet dressing, and a fried or grilled entree of your choice. We had coconut shrimp and calamari the first time and the mahi mahi and ahi bombs the second time. Both times were incredible. My personal favorite was the calamari. There had to be at least eight sticks of squid. The portion sizes for all of them were generous and filling, even for a hungry person. The seafood was all fried to perfection, and paired well with the rice and salad. It’s all mouth wateringly good. Please pay them a visit when staying near this area in Maui.

After reading someone’s review that this was the best meal they had on Maui, I would have to agree. Do yourself a favor and go with the combo platter so you can have a full entree dish and also sample 2 pieces of either the calamari or the coconut shrimp. I opted for the grilled mahi mahi and the coconut shrimp, and honestly was the most tasty thing I’ve had so far. The fish was cooked perfectly and very fresh and the coconut shrimp was nice and crispy with the succulent shrimp inside. This way I got the best of both worlds getting to binge on some fried food but also eating some healthier version of the fresh seafood. Would come back here every day if I could. Only downside is it was a bit pricy, but that’s expected for anywhere in Hawaii and it was totally worth it here
