Empire Pizzas & Wings — Restaurant in Miami

Not a star I am super upset I called my order in they said 45 minutes I came to the store in 45 minute to get my order and was told the order was not started and they will get it right I told them I don’t mind waiting I just want my food. He said to come back in 20 more minutes and he will get me right I believed him! My kids were waiting 3 hours and when I got back he said there was no more dough so he couldn’t make the pizza and still charged full price for the wings combo that I waited 3 hours for I was not accommodated in any way shape or form and had to go home to tell my kids there was no food for them I was super upset and yes the food is good if you can get it. Communication is key and the fact I drove up there in the freezing cold twice and still did not get my order this business really need...

Not a 1 star! You get a 0 for bad customer service. I order a 10 piece wings with fries and a drink. I got my order delivered. First of all I told the person that took my order I wanted all flats. I received flats and drums and my wings smell and taste rancid. I called to tell them this, I was told I didn't order all flats, and then there is nothing wrong with there chicken wings. They get their chicken fresh everyday. Which I don't doubt that but these wings must of have got hot before they were fried. The only option they gave me was to bring my order back myself which i am a visitor in this city and don't have a car. Or pay another delivery fee to get fresh wings delivered to me again. I'm not happy I have lost my appetite. I feel like I have lost out on my money and time with...

Place an order around midnight for pizza, wings, and a soda. I was told it was a 45 minute wait. I gave it 55 minutes and went to get my order, was told I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. After 10 minutes I was told to come back 20 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later was told there wasn’t anymore dough to make pizza but my wings were ready. I was charged full price and given wings that weren’t the flavor I ordered. Horrible experience! It’s now almost 3 am and me and my family are pizzaless. Imagine explaining to kids that have been waiting damn near 2 hours for pizza that they ran out. On top of that I live in Hollywood and drove down to Miami just for this pizza because it usually is...
