Pizza Onne — Restaurant in Miami

We ordered large meat lovers pizza extra cheese and 20 BBQ wings for delivery to our hotel and when we got our order our wings were naked and had no BBQ sauce even on the side and our pizza was Pepperoni. They either delivered the wrong order or made it all wrong. We ordered on line AND called after to insure our order was right and placed so they could easily have verified that they made the mistake if they had taken the time to do so. After opening the wings my husband called and they said they would deliver the correct wings now but when I opened the pizza after that and, it was also wrong, I called back and they said "oh ma'am come on" and hung up on me as if I were lying to them. I called back to explain they could take the pizza back so they could "see" it was made wrong but they refused to answer my call. I called several times and finally they answered and when I said I was trying to explain my order wasn't right, they hung up on me again. I tried several times after this to call them back and they rejected my call every time. I am so unhappy. We spent $57.31 on this order after evacuating from the gulf coast for this hurricane and spending all this money to evacuate that we don't have and now this. And the worst part was how we were treated when just trying to give them the opportunity to rectify the mistake THEY made. I am so extremely upset. It's already a very difficult time as the hurricane is hitting our home as we speak. I own a business myself and would never imagine treating customers this way. I wish I could say otherwise but as it turns out I have to say I would definitely not recommend placing an order with this company. If they mess it up they will not be respectful and make it right. How unfortunate. Do not spend your hard earned money here. People work too hard to throw away money. And we tipped over $10 as it was before we saw it was not right. ...

I am so glad I stopped here. I had originally gone to the upscale pizza bistro around the corner. I had one person briefly acknowledge me, before going back to his task.

Don't let the modest storefront fool you. There is some solid food here! The salad, with spinach, mixed greens, pecans and goat cheese could be the best value in DT eating. It was fresh, crisp and generous in its size.

I just grabbed a couple of the pre-made slices. (I way over ordered! But happy for left overs.) The crust was tasty, with just the right amount of cheese. I definitely want to try a freshly baked pie!

The staff was nice, attentive and accommodating. I would love to see a bit more comfortable options for dinner here. The tables were pretty tough looking. But, I get this is more of a grab a slice and go kinda place. That said, there is something about the food that makes me want to...

The worst! We ordered three pizzas...Not only did they take 2 HOURS for delivery but there was a pizza missing once they did deliver. We called them multiple times throughout the evening. The lady that answered blatantly lied and said that the delivery was on its way and should arrive within 10 minutes ( We live literally down the street), the delivery took 2 hours! Then when the two not three pizzas arrived they were cold and inedible, like cardboard. We called several times because they DID NOT credit us for the missing pizza, she blocked our number and sent us straight to voicemail. Absolutely despicable customer service.
