If i was able to give this location 0 stars, that's what i would give it. The absolute worst customer service and experience i have had at any type of restaurant or delivery service in my life. My friends and I ordered a large pizza online and after we submitted it we realized that we forgot the soda, so immediately I called the store to ask if we could order a soda to accommodate or pizza and some drinks we had already, the man on the phone said yes... When the driver arrived he told us he forgot about the soda and would be back, so we gave him the payment and tip (which included the soda and a generous tip.) but after 45 minutes we noticed something was wrong. I called the store again and asked where our soda was. The man who answered said the driver had to make a few more deliveries but would come with the soda right away.... so, another 45 mins goes by and now i just wanted answers, i called back again to notify them that we never received our soda but it was to no avail, the man who answered simply said "i'd be pissed to, let me find out what happened, and ill call you back." Had i known that this is the experience i would have received, I never would have ordered anything from them, mt tip would have been a lot less generous than it was, and we never would have had an issue. But that's not the case and i still never got an answer from the staff that was working. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from this location again and i would never recommend it. as i mentioned earlier, 1 star is 1 star too many for this restaurant. (also, never received a call back from the restaurant.) i wish i would have read the other reviews on this place before ordering from them, and never will i again order from this pizza...

Update: I ordered online yesterday. My delivery time quoted was 45-59 mins. The order was not made after 45 mins. I contacted the store. Waited for 15 mins for someone to answer. He rudely told me they had not made it yet. When I asked how long he estimated, he said 1 1/2 - 2 hours from the time I ordered it. I said okay and continued to wait. Almost 2 hours afters I had ordered online, and 30 mins before the store closed, my order was canceled by the store with no explanation, no email, no notification of any kind. I had paid for and waited for two hours for food that was promised, and never received any. I also had cashed in a free rewards pizza, and am also out those points. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. It happens to my mom ALL the time!
Original review: Absolutely terrible location!! just moved back to mpls and this location is completely unusable. The one in St. Paul was wonderful. This one is a joke. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online. The email said 30- 45ish mins for delivery and that it was being prepped. After 45 mins, I checked the tracker to see that my order had been canceled and I had to call the store to find out why. No one ever answered after a half hour of commercials on the phone. No email, call, or text was made to let me know even though I was signed in under my account and the email stated they would contact me with any issues. They are still open for another 2 hours and have no reason not to bring my food. F@*K this domino's and all the employees in it! Corporate needs to shut this disaster down cuz nobody over here can get any f-ing service or...

Tracker showed my pizza was being made. Said it would take an hour to get pizza. Hour and a half rolls by - no communication. No text. No email. (No, it wasn’t in my spam folder), and no call, and I couldn’t call them because by that time, they were closed. Awesome, so now my money has been jacked, and I’m starving and literally had no way of communication at all as you can see in the pictures I couldn’t even report an issue (notice the time on the pictures.)
Called Sunday morning to see what happened. “My order was cancelled.” Oh, ok. Awesome. So they cancelled my order and didn’t bother telling the customer with any of the various communication methods. What a horrible business model, as they didn’t even offer any consolation let alone even an apology for leaving me starving the night before. I have some advice for this Dominos to possibly increase their already struggling rating - Call or text the customer telling them they aren’t going to get their food so they can at least attempt to try and call a more reliable place for food instead of leaving your customer starving. People order food from you because they are hungry, not for fun. I get they were busy on a Saturday, that’s a given. But call your damn customers and tell them their order was cancelled, that’s ridiculous.
Advice to the wise: If you order from this dominos, have a backup plan when your pizza doesn’t show up.
