Was very disappointed as a advid customer will not be returning at all. I placed a ordered online and spent $31.02, was set for pick up one mile away in 20 min. When I arrive my order was not ready. I grabbed the water and mountain dew that was on my order. Then i headed to the pick up counter past the register. Proceeded to wait till it slowed down when I asked about my order. Was never greated or confronted untill this time. As I finish telling him the the order he said that came to $26 and some change was called a lier and a cheapskate. Then remembered it was extra cheese on a giant bringing total to $31.02 also had two brownies as well. Was never apologized to for said misunderstanding. Just said we never got the slip with almost no intention of caring. Witch the other employee exclaimed they changed the paper. I then showed the account the money came out of with same amount said and the website witch I ordered. Did not have app at that time just ordered through your website. Was not completely sure how to renavigate to locate the order. Then he just said look I can't fuc#ing help you! So I got loud and said who are u talking to! You can take my money and then your going to tell me you can not fuc#ing help me (Giving me no time to look for receipt on website) said they where to busy . I exclaimed this is BS and stormed out. I will not go back to any of your facilities or any of the Ten people I am responsible for raising. Even If I was wrong for my behavior I was provoked mistreated and robbed in your facilities. Is not a environment you should have at your place of business. Was not greated to any extent and completely mistreated. Utterly disgusted with the service. My husband and I were on vacation, we have a Jersey Mike's here in Maine but have not been we go to Subway and Amato's. Hello Jersey Mikes. I did not know what I wanted and was hungry and was asking about all the sandwiches and I had questions, excellent service. So great that we went back during our vacation. I felt like a Celebrity this is the treatment that I received. Had lots of fun while ordering my sandwich. I did not know the person taking care of me was the manager, either way we were having lots of fun, his name starts with an R. I told him that I would give a Google review and it will be off the charts. After we were done I asked to speak with a manager to let the manager know how wonderful this employee was to me and wanted him to be recognized,. I with all my heart believe in excellent customer service since I have been in CSR almost my entire life and still am as a Mary Kay Consultant. So I asked him is your manager here? Read moreI'm writing this review in hopes that the owner or management will read it. I'm a Jersey girl who loves certain things about NJ... bread being one of them. Grabbing a sandwich from Jersey Mike's is a weekly routine for me, but not anymore. They have hired summer help (I'm guessing because it is not a familiar face to me and she had trouble understanding me) I asked for my mayonnaise in a container on the side because I never know when I will actually have the time to take a break and eat it. I'd prefer it not be soggy. I know from previous visits that I dont like the taste of the packets of mayo, for some reason, it tastes very different from the one they use to make your sandwich. When I asked, the little blonde girl shook her head, as if disgusted or frustrated that I asked for it in a container. I ended up canceling my order and informed her that she should be more conscious of her body language and facial expressions when working with customers. Again, I wrote this so management can be aware of their staff and the training that is needed. As a customer, I don't feel like dealing with attitudes or anything short of excellent service.
