Not only is this one of my top three coffee shops in Nashville, it's also the most aesthetically pleasing one I've been in. Every detail makes me feel like I'm looking at a place being featured in a magazine.
A little note, Dawn is connected to the Bode Hotel. I only happened upon it because I work in the area and took a small walk. What a terrific find and hopefully this message reaches others so they can also find this wonderful place!
Dawn Cafe is my home away from home coffee shop (does that make sense?) I can't go that much because I don't work in the area as much but when I can, I do.
Things to try: Their entire fall menu is delicious. Personal favorite right now is their pumpkin chai latte. You also can't go wrong with their blueberry muffins, just make sure you ask to have them warmed up š.
P.S. Let's keep Nashville great by supporting our beautiful shops and restaurants. Good or bad, leave a review so they can know how good they're doing, or what needs to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLike many people have said already, the aesthetics and atmosphere of this coffee shop are absolutely on-point. Light and airy, comforting color scheme, great variety of plants and books that make it comfy and somehow lived-in. Even the outdoor seating is great, pathways are well-kept, and I can easily see myself coming here to study or write. The coffee was fine, although I am admittedly not a coffee snob so I can't adequately comment on that. Unfortunately the thing I was looking forward to trying the most, the food, was unavailable. Half the menu was out of stock when I came by, which was definitely disappointing. What I did end up getting (the tots and breakfast sandwich), were perfectly serviceable but pretty basic. Hopefully next time I visit they will have more food...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām so glad I found this place. It was stuck in right next to my hotel and as soon as I walked in, I felt such a nice vibe and the staff was super welcoming and inviting and took the time explain their speciality coffee.
The decorations transformed me into another world. Everything was placed and tidied up right next to each other, telling a story about Nashville, the history of Nashville and the music of Nashville lots of cassettes lots of music books and lots of mini games.
I tried Camp Ivanhoe and Let It Linger. What an incredible mix in these 2! I was hesitant to try at the beginning but why not. Both were incredibly delicious I almost ran back to grab some more. I also tried their chocolate croissant, so good.
Thank you for a great time. Highly...
