Villa Castrioti — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I recently dined at Villa and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our server, E, was absolutely fantastic—efficient, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable about every aspect of the venue. E guided us through the menu with enthusiasm and precision, making sure our glasses were never empty and our questions were answered with a smile.

When our meal took a little longer than expected, Brandy, the manager, truly went above and beyond. She checked in on us proactively, offered to bring us drinks while we waited, and ensured we felt cared for throughout the brief delay. It’s rare to encounter a manager so hands-on and dedicated to guest satisfaction; Brandy’s proactive approach and genuine warmth made all the difference.

As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing—creative dishes, generous portions, and a selection that caters to every taste. We came upon Villa Castrioti by accident when our Lyft dropped us at the wrong place. It was a very happy accident though because the food and service were worth it! The resturant is very vibrant with an eclectic artsy feel. We loved the atmosphere. We ordered the toasted ravioli and smoked salmon appetizers, shrimp caesar salad, side of fettuccine alfredo, and a pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious. The pizza was thin and crisp. It took a little longer to cook than anticipated due to a kitchen issue. The manager was apologetic, took the time to check in with us, and the cook even sent us home with anothet pizza to make up for it! I highly recommend their creamy caesar dressing. It ranks up there as one of the better caesar dressings I've had. Our server, Kayla, was very attentive, kind, and helped give us recommedations of places to check out while we are visiting Nashville. The cherry on top of this experience was the creme brulee dessert we shared to end a terrific dining experience. Our dinner was simply amazing! The Beef Risotto Castrioti is one of the best meals I've ever eaten. The beef was succulent and mushrooms were cooked with a nice firm texture. The marsala sauce was seasoned so well and paired perfectly with a mushroom Risotto. We shared a chocolate cannoli for dessert ... Wow! As delicious as the meal was, the staff and atmosphere elevated the evening to magical. The live jazz pianist set a beautiful vibe in the restaurant, and Ella and Christian made us feel like honored guests. They were knowledgeable on the menu and offered wine pairings with dessert. This restaurant has been open less than a month! They are definitely operating at a highly enhanced level of service, we will never forget.
