I'm sorry but this was majorly a big disappointment, I truly never write bad reviews but Lebanese food is one of my favorites and this is not a proper representation of the countries gastronomy. I don't mean to sound pretentious, this is just my opinion as a 35 year old person who loves Lebanese food since I was a child. The kibe was 80% though and 20% Meat when it should be the opposite, plus it had a weird clove spice intense flavor which is not normal, however the dough was very crispy in the outside. The falafel was spicy which its not supposed to be, and it was yellow instead of green which means they are using more chickpeas than lentils to make it cheaper. The kafta which is normally my favorite was tasteless and lacked salt, when this is supposed to be seasoned ground beef. I order a lot for the first time because I was so excited to taste their food, but although they asked if any allergies and I mentioned I'm allergic to milk, they topped my shawarma Meat with yogurt sauce so I couldn't even try it and they added 3 sides of yogurt sauce. The best and really tasted good was what I ordered as a non classic dish which is the kale tabouhle with quinoa instead of parsley and wheat. The 2 starts are for cleanliness and presentation, although the packaging and bags were excessive, the presentation was very nice and clean. And the person on the phone...

Read moreThis is proper middle eastern food, prepared fresh infront of your eyes, in a hygenic manner, and it is Halal. Above everything, their food tastes absolutely amazing. Have tried all their wraps, they are authentic and very filling due to the size. Their pita chips are just irresistibly tasty, and would recommend trying all their variations. If you are a Humus, Mottable, or Babagonosh fan, then do yourself a favour and pick it from this store instead of the whole foods/grocery stores. Yes the price of their wraps will be doubled of what you get from a Halal cart in the city, but then the taste here is authentic, and not the universally consistent taste of NYC Halal Carts. Its a long shop/restaurant so they do have some seating capacity as well. Close to touristy part of times square, as well as Penn station. You can call the Super Friendly and Super Nice staff here, who can have the food ready for you, if you want to grab it before you take an Amtrak from Penn Station or hop onto a Bolt Bus (both located a few minute walk away). If you have read this till here, then just go and give...
