So being a Pizza connoisseur, I have tried many popular & famous pizza restaurants. Growing up in Queens, there were a few local places but nothing that can match the ones in the city (Manhattan) or Brooklyn. But last year I discovered Beebe's (located in the Boro Hotel). Let me tell you Beebe's can go toe to toe with any pizza restaurant anywhere & even come out on top. Yes it's that GOOD. The sauce is absolutely delicious. The cheese? I think they have buffalos hiding in the back somewhere. The crust is light, chewy & crisp at the same time. My two go to pizzas are the Margherita & Stracciatella. Margherita is classic & melts in your mouth. I won't go into it too much as everyone knows what it is. But the Stracciatella is something special & they make the cheese in house. Stracciatella cheese is similar to burrata but less cream cheesy (if that makes sense). This pizza is absolutely delicious. The combination of the tomato sauce with the two cheeses, olive oil & arugula is heaven(add fresh garlic-trust me). The desserts here are great as well. I liked the Tiramisu (they give you a big portion btw) & the olive oil cake w ice cream of your choice. The cake is light, airy & goes very well with ice cream. As you can see from the pics, I go to Beebe's often. This is Bar None, the BEST Pizza in Queens & maybe even all of NYC.

The Boro, Beebe's and Flavien are the trifecta of hotel accommodations, food and service! I will blame parking or lack there of for the one star... Rooms are nicely appointed, bed and pillows are very comfortable, shower (water pressure etc.) perfect, and the views are gorgeous! Flavien is an excellent host, the food is amazing and the rooftop patio is definitely worth a looksee. The only issue I have is with parking and I will share how to avoid this shituation if you choose The Boro for your stay! Prior to checking in with your rental or personal vehicle, go directly to the Icon parking garage and leave your vehicle there. At 30 bucks a day, your ride is safe in a modern parking garage and I believe it is only .3 miles away from The Boro. At this point, you can either Uber or be uber excited to walk to the Boro, therefore avoiding any drama looking for parking on your arrival! Problem solved. Oh and finally, pay the extra money for the Manhattan view with a balcony! You will not regret it...

This review is not on the food, rather on the service. My husband, daughter and I went in for dinner on a Sunday evening, we were reasonably accommodated after requesting a spacious place to sit and asking for a high-chair. Our wait person was not the most gracious, maybe they were having a bad day, but throughout, she was not very accommodating and made us feel as though we were a burden. My husband is vegan, he asked for a pizza with no cheese and a substitute for mushrooms or other veggie - this was met with, sorry no substitutions. After the waitress then asked the chef, he agreed to only take off the cheese and that would be it. I had already ordered and didn't feel comfortable eating dinner in front of my starving husband while we would only go elsewhere to pick up vegan food on the way home, so we cancelled my food order. Five minutes later, our wait person came and said, well now the chef agreed to add mushrooms. There was no apology given, just the attitude of tough luck, if you're vegan or require some sort of variation, sorry you really have to bend our arm for us to that for you here. Maybe that is too much to ask, but the restaurant was not super busy, and seriously - leave off cheese but instead add mushrooms, this is not complicated and any other place with pizza has no problem accommodating. We enjoyed our drinks and fed the baby (food from home) and then left, our wait person hardly thanked us as we left. I wish we could have tried the food because it does look good. Given that we're locals, this was a bit upsetting as I was looking forward to having a nearby...

Picture it Mother's day ! Our dad treated my sister, our mom and I to a Saturday brunch the day before Mother's day. Once I arrived to Beebee's the service was amazing.. The staff was courteous and friendly. They gave me the option to sit indoors or outdoors . Beebee's is a very spacious restaurant located at the Boro Hotel. It is never crowded, and that day was no different. We placer out orders, the food arrived promptly. My drink "Frida" was delicious and pretty. Three of us ordered steak and eggs, two kids ordered pizza and another pancakes. We also ordered fried calamari and housemade ricotta with rosemary Flatbread. Steal and eggs was not my favorite. The steak and potatoes were bland and eggs runny. My daughter loved her BEC sandwich. She said it was perfect. The real star here was the homemade ricotta with rosemary Flatbread. Amazing. The cheese was deliciously seasoned, and the bread was crispy and warm. I could've eaten just that. The calamari was very fresh and crispy. Unfortunately, the kids' pizza took forever to arrive. My son had to eat some of his cousin's pancakes to hold him up. When it finally did, the pizza was fine. Crust was crispy, cheese gooey. We then had dessert. I loved the bread pudding with nutella.. I could've done without the Nutella. The pudding on its own was exactly what I was expecting. The service, although courteous, was extremely slow, and it wasn't busy at all. However, I will return for the ricotta, bread pudding...

Great place for both breakfast and lunch. We went with a large party (10+) in the morning and they were able to seat us right away. We called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us and they said no problem. Though I will add that it's pretty hard to call them directly since they're a restaurant in a hotel.

Some people got breakfast items and it was all great. We were told that pizza is only served for lunch but they fired up the oven for us early which was nice. Not sure if they would do that for anyone or because we were a large party and ordered like 7 pizzas. Everything we ordered including dessert was great, no complaints with the food.

Service was courteous and helpful. They did get some parts of our order wrong but I won't hold that against them since we were a large party and there was a lot of sharing going on so it's more understandable that there would be some confusion. To their credit, whenever we did bring up that we were missing something they brought it out very quickly and apologized.

Decor was also very nice. I could clearly see this place being used as a date night location or just a general hangout. It's pretty photo friendly if you're into that. Getting there is also a bit tough. We did end up walking about 4-5 blocks from the train and it's not super obvious where it is since it's inside a hotel.

Overall, I'd say this is a nice little gem. Not sure how busy it gets during peak times but I'd say it's worth...
