the positive: good boba texture, not under or over cooked, all the drinks use actual milk instead of milk powder (i think) and have milk alternatives (oat, almond, lactaid)
the negative: Ordered the hojicha milk tea with 30 percent sweetness because I like to taste the tea flavor but without the sweetness this drink just tasted watery, the hojicha flavor was present but faint. also, beware of the automated ordering machines, they're very sly about automatically adding on the tip amount to your bill, normally I catch it in time but didn't see this one until after I'd already paid and noticed my drink came to over $8 dollars.
For a strong tea flavor, personally out of all the bubble tea shops in the area, Wanpo down the street is still my go to, but I'd still be willing to give this place another shot for...

Overall, it's a great spot in the neighborhood. We usually go on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the service has always been amazing. However, during our first visit on a Wednesday, we didn’t receive the same polite and helpful service from the girl with pink bangs; she seemed a bit annoyed.
