If I could give negative stars for the service I would. Went to the cafe after the playground and even made a reservation. Got there 10mins early, waited on line for another 10mins (we were next but no one acknowledged us, they were just catering to another family back and forth at their table). We patiently waited and then realized they were going back and forth but just chit chatting with the family. The employee finally acknowledged us when another gentleman behind us complained. The employee was very disgruntled and made us feel like we were interrupting her and her conversation. We asked in regards to our reserved table, she looked at my husband like he had three heads. And said go sit there since there’s no one there. We placed our order and asked if we should wait there and she no we’ll bring it. Again we waited patiently. It shouldn’t take 35min + to heat up some nuggets and a cup of ice cream(no one else at the time aside from the family earlier and us in the cafe). As we continued waiting another family came in and sat at the table behind us. They were acknowledged right away and the employee explaining to them about the table and how to use it, etc. we were a little upset that we didn’t get the same introduction but at that point we just wanted to know what happen to our food. Finally they brought us the nuggets but only after they asked the table behind us if it was theirs. My little one was getting upset since she didn’t get her ice cream yet so my husband went to ask. Again.. I started to wonder why it was taking so long. The employee that took out order said we never ordered the ice cream. Going back and forth my husband showed her the charge on his phone and asked if this was the price for nuggets and ice cream. The employee once again with a not so nice attitude scooped a semi scoop of ice cream and placed it on the top of the ice cream counter then walked away, no apology or explanation. We decided to leave before finishing and go to a neighboring cafe after the employee started talking to the family behind us in a different language but looking over our way and one of the family members even turned to look our way. We will never step foot into this cafe ever again nor our friends and family members that had a similar experience recently (after our visit). Terrible service, lacks cleanliness (the table we were seated at was dirty, the...
