Absolutely divine!

This place deserves all the praise because the sushi is hands-down some of the best vegan sushi I’ve had.

Carrot Lox Jalapeño - 10/10 - “SPECTACULAR GIVE ME 14!” I don’t know how this manages to be this incredibly sublime but it truly is a Symphony of flavors and textures that will leave your pallet in a daze. The sauce is very honey-mustard like, and it just compliments it so well. I would literally buy bottles of that sauce alone.

Eggplant Miso Truffle Nigiri - 8/10 - it is a much more simple roll but has profound depth and flavor! The truffle mayo truly compliments this particular roll. I do wish the edges of the eggplant were a more like the center — melt in your mouth soft. I feel like there’s too much density, chew the skin carries but still a fabulous roll.

Dahon Signature - 6/10 - there is crispy, tempura broccoli inside, which gives it a pleasant crunchy texture. The roll is good and would be absolutely divine with generous amounts...

Planta prices without the atmosphere but the taste is better! Really flavorful sushi, today was my second visit and I still loved it! The jalapeno carrot lox is my favorite. Love the signature roll too for the crispy broccoli but could do with a little more seasoning on the spinach, the sesame isn't coming through. The California roll is yummy, love the Asian slaw flavor - I will say, this second time it tasted different than the first time, it was better last time. What a fabulous spot! My partner and I went this afternoon for lunch and now can’t wait to return. The people are lovely! We asked a lot of questions and they were super helpful and friendly. I would give the service more stars if I could! The food was on point! Delicious and nutritious. 😋 We had poke bowls, as suggested because it has a little bit of a few items on the menu. It did not disappoint. We also could not pass up the avocado/truffle roll…. Wow. Melts in your mouth and full of flavor. Atmosphere I gave 4 stars only because it is in a food court. 🤷🏻‍♂️ In short, Delicious eats and service with a smile. I can’t wait to go...
