Horrible experience with Lestis Desserts. My wedding cake arrived completely crooked and on the verge of falling. They expressed 0 interest in wanting to come back to the venue to fix the cake, but "did us a favor" by sending someone eventually. The cake was completely not what I had asked for, they tried blaming my florist numerous times for how the flowers had been set up. However, the florist was barely able to fill it up with flowers, since the cake was STILL leaning after they "fixed it." The cake was also shaking as my husband and I cut into it, and it tasted horrible, was super stiff. We called Lestis a handful of times, had the same argument over and over and barely got a partial refund back. Prior to the wedding date, I also asked Avi repeatedly to make sure a good job was done with the cake (I even chose a cake they had done themselves previously). It was clear by the cake I got, minimal effort and consideration was put into my event. I can confidently say we will never be needing their poor and unprofessional...

Everything was good with lestis until the point after I made my full payment they delivered it to me and it was all broken, I was upset at this service I texted and called regarding my event and said I was disappointed they didn’t even respond back to me... I order over $500 worth of stuff got a 2 layer cake the wheels on the baby stroller cake all fell , the lollipop cakes were cracked and don’t get me started on the cupcakes all smashed not 1 was good looked like someone literally took the box with there hands and tossed it across the room 100 times. I requested a 2 tier bday cake for my daughter. The communication was super easy! I was able to send in a photo of what she wanted and Lestis Desserts team was able to turn my daughter’s vision and dream into reality! It matched our theme perfectly and both kievsky and strawberry shortcake tiers tasted very fresh and delicious!
