I get this same order everyday, never had an issue until today. I get 4 shots of espresso to mix with my protein shake in a larger cup. This is how I got it the first time, I went back and explained what I wanted and was told the ice melted that’s why it filled the cup but we will remake it. Ok no problem gave them the benefit of the doubt they were busy and it’s first day back to school. I maybe waited 2 minutes and my name gets called again. I swear it’s the same drink so I mention it to the girl at the bar this time and get told that’s how we make it. When I started to say I get this everyday she got an attitude and said I don’t know what to tell you! Then walked off. I worked in food service I was not trying to be a “Karen”, I’ve dealt with those before and it’s not fair to the other employees but if this is what it’s coming to when a regular customer comes in whose daughter used to work there then I’d rather do it myself. I’m a firm believer in giving out what you receive and I’m not going to let this employee ruin my sons first day back at school but Starbucks you need to train your employees on how to handle issues. Mistakes happen but take accountability and fix regardless or you will...

Paid with a $50 and got back the incorrect change becuz how does 2 large caramel macchiato iced cost over $20? Worker did not ask me if I would like a copy of my receipt instead had to insist on being...
Read moreStarbucks, the place that promises coffee but often delivers disappointment instead! You walk in, hopeful for a caffeine fix, but it's like they're playing a game of hide and seek with their coffee beans. "Oh, you want a coffee? Sorry, we just ran out. Again. But we do have unicorn frappuccinos and a latte with 27 adjectives in the name!"
It's like a cosmic joke – the coffee shop that's out of coffee more often than your cat is out of curiosity. You half expect baristas to break into a "Coffee's Out" dance routine. They might as well replace their logo with a sad emoji, because that's how you feel when they tell you, "Sorry, no coffee today." Maybe they're secretly training us for a caffeine-free future, or they've invested all their beans in coffee-flavored air fresheners. Who knows?
But hey, Starbucks, we still love you, even if we have to settle for herbal tea or watered-down Frappuccinos. Your coffee shortage just makes our visits more adventurous – will we get lucky today, or will we have to caffeinate elsewhere? The struggle is real, but so is the addiction. Keep sipping and hoping, my fellow Starbucks...
