Terrible customer service! Thursday 10/2 I went into purchase a couple travel cups as we’ve been on vacation in Newport for 10 days and we’re preparing to travel home. I purchased two travel cups and a small pack of cookies. One of the cups had a flaw in the lid, I pointed out to the cashier Zach, who proceeded to disagree with me. I paid for the items and I said you know I do feel like I would be more comfortable if I grabbed a different cup, as I want to make sure they don’t leak. I shouldn’t have to accept a damaged item just because the cashier is pissy and disagreed.He got an attitude with me, but I left the damage one on the counter and walked back to the shelf, grabbed the exact same cup showed him. I had the cup in my hand as I was walking out the door and he and the “Manager“ stopped me and checked my receipt even though I literally had just paid 30 seconds prior to this they claimed it was a security measure. I was so offended. I didn’t even have a bag 2 cups and one package of cookies is all I had in my hands which I had paid for I just wanted a different cup that wasn’t broken. I don’t know who these guys think they are but they clearly need more to do in the store at night rather than harass a customer who has paid...

Diane is the rudest employee ever, I've had issues with her, today my wife was in there with our kids, my wife was 55 cents short she was digging in her purse for it, Diane belittled my wife, told her to shoosh and said she should have had her money ready before she came in to the store! Corporate should be doing something because management won't do anything, I wouldn't even leave one star if I had that option. Diane is lucky I wasn't there, I don't know who she thinks she is but a HUGE DOUBLE MIDDLE FINGER TO HER! SHAME on you for treating my wife that way in front of my children. Lady at the register asked the customer to do something different next rime and the guy appologized. But then she kept on and on and on. Had to get the last word out after the guy clearly said that he herd what she said. Thought it was over with and then she kept on going. Then proceded to talk about her break while checking me out. I wanted to say can you please cash me out before you take your attention away from the transaction you are on. Lady deffinatly needs to repremanded for how she was talking to the customer in...
