This was absolutely the worst experience i've ever had with Dominos. I placed my order for delivery because while i'm working I'm the only Manager in the building at night and cannot leave the building. The Domino's Location I ordered from is in the same shopping center, literally less than 3000 feet away. So i was extremely surprised to receive a phone call from someone at the location approx. 45 mins after i placed my order telling me that they are sorry but they cannot deliver my order because they have NO drivers. So, i then ask if they have already made the pizza and i would try to send someone to come pick it up for me and i'm told that no, since they didn't have any drivers they haven't even made my order yet, and the employee that called me made it seem like I was being a huge inconvenience for him that I still wanted him to make my order. He then tells me it will be another 25-30 mins to make my pizza. So i ask since they won't deliver my order that i paid $3.99 to have delivered, how was i going to be refunded my delivery fee, and he tells me oh no we can't refund that but you can have a 2 liter soda. If i wanted a two liter soda i would have ordered one. Seriously? I paid for a service and if you can't deliver the service then you shouldn't get paid for it. And then offer me a 2-liter soda that is only worth at most $1.25 to compensate for the $3.99 delivery fee that i paid. I then found someone to go and pick up my order, and they tell me as they pull up to the Domino's location there is a delivery driver walking out of the door with an order to go deliver it, and that there was another delivery driver that appeared to be passed out/asleep laying in their car in the parking lot. This restaurant used to be good when it was located on Dorchester road. Now, I’ll never order from this place again, and I mean that. I ordered a pizza last night at 10:55pm in my phone. Someone called and said they only had one driver (why would you have one driver on a Saturday night??) and that’d it would take a few hours. She asked if I wanted to wait. I said YES, because I was gonna be napping anyway. It gets closes to 1am and I call the store. A man tells me she must have canceled the order when he wasn’t in the store. Wow, really? Ive been waiting two hours on something that wasn’t coming. So he asks if she called me to let me know how long the wait was going to be, and I said yes, and I told her I would wait. He tells me he would give me a credit and to call the store at a specific time the next day and ask for him. Fast forward to today, and I call the store at that time and ask for him. The lady I speak to says, “for?” Which is when I got testy and said, “There was an issue with my pizza not getting delivered last night and he told me to call the store.” So she then says he won’t be in for an hour, but even so, their delivery time is still over 2 hrs. And I said this time I’ll pick it up. I’ll call back when he’s in. Well, first of all, it’s none of your business why I need to speak to him, and two, if he isn’t even in, why are you asking me what I need to speak to him for? Why didn’t you just say he wasn’t in?? Read moreWe ordered pizza for delivery online. I mistyped my phone number when submitting the order. I immediately called the store to correct my number. No one ever answered the phone (I called twice and heard nothing but a Domino's recording when I stayed on the line (15 minutes the first time, 5 minutes the second time). Their website does not give you the ability to correct your information after the order - the confirmation email directs you to call the store. HOW IS THAT HELPFUL WHEN NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE?!?!!? The order tracker showed the order being prepped and delivered, so I thought we may receive it without issue. I received an automated text from our delivery driver (you re-enter your phone number for SMS notifications, so I entered the correct digits here) starting she was pulling up to our location (I could also follow her GPS location in the tracker) despite the GPS showing she was not at our location. I waited 20 minutes outside for the driver drive to surrounding neighborhood, but never actually pull up to our location - let alone it address (after waiting 45 minutes for the order to be prepared). Finally, the tracker notified me "our order was delivered" but the driver never showed. To summarize, we were charged, never received our pizza, and the store never answered the phone over the 90 minute span we tried calling the store.
