Dont go here. Service was slow and food was bland and over cooked. First off, the hostess wrote wrong name down for our party. Almost missed being seated after waiting awhile. We were finally seated and it took a litttle bit for the waitress to come. I can see they are busy, so I try to be understanding. Ordered our meals along with calamari and gator bites for appetizers at 7:05. Appetizers didn't show up until 7:45. I know the time, because I looked at my watch when ordering to see if happy hour was still happening. It wasn't, happy hour ended at 6. The waitress first brought out the calamari. She said the kitchen was behind and our gator bites would be out shortly. Calamari was overcooked. It was dry, tough, and COLD! Tasted as if it had been sitting out on the counter a long time before bringing it to us. Then, few minutes later, the gator bites showed up. They were also over cooked, hard and rubbery, but they were at least hot. Sent back the calamari and waitress smiled and said "okay" (almost like she already knew they were cold) and said it would be another 5-7 minutes for more calamari. Fifteen minutes passed and no calamari. She brought out our entrees and said the kitchen is still working on the calamari. Ended up telling her to just cancel the calamari. She said she would take it off our ticket. They did not give us any flatware or crab crackers for the crab boil. They also did not serve any coleslaw on our meals. Had to ask for all of that. Shrimp was tough. Waitress barley checked on us. I asked for the ticket before all of us were finished with our meal because I was ready to get out of there. Received the ticket. Noticed we were charged AND taxed for the calamari and only received a "guest promo" for the price of the calamari, but no compensation for the tax. So basically, I still had to pay the tax on the calamari that we didn't even get. I was so ready to leave, I didn't even fight it. I decided to leave this review instead. Hopefully someone will read it, and go somewhere better, instead of this place. Terrible service and terrible food. Should've order food from the taco truck...

That is in no way Maria b's fault. We sat down and ordered our drinks the drinks tasted off so we got water instead ..I've always loved coming here. I got my crib plate and it looked lovely tasted good but it was cold. Unfortunately I told the waitress so went to fix it. That's kind of when all hell broke lose. Meanwhile I literally countied how many times the general manager passed us without say anything to any one. He passed 13 times never once asked customers anything. If I'm not mistaken it's George. I've never known for general managers just walk in circles and not ask a single question to a customer about their service, food etc. through the dinner room in a constant loop never asking customers how they're good was etc. Which I found a little weird!!! As I sent my crab back with what would probably be reheated and sent out. They came out with a whole other crab boil and sausage and onion etc. wrong dish so it was brought back to the kitchen. By then my husband had to ask for a dessert so I wasn't eating alone. Finally about 25 mins later from the second plate. They sent out the replacement plate of the snow crab dinner. So my Valentine's Day kind of went to shit with all this happening. Maria b. Was lovely all the way through and checked on us often. If I had to take an estimated time iYt took to get my food we sat down around 5:20 ish and didn't leave to 7:36.

Amazing food!! Reminded so much of being back home for a meal. Staff super friendly they went above and beyond. First time there but definitely won't be my last. Only thing that I would complain about is the mashed potatoes is having sour cream in them. Which could have been a major issue if I would have eaten...

DONT ORDER ONLINE through their website!!!! Guess what Dashers, Pearls crab Shack is the perfect place to steal meals from since they don’t call when the food is not delivered and the customer won’t be able to find their order through DoorDash.

They don’t even tell you that they do orders through DoorDash. My order never came. When people take your money they are responsible for making sure your service or product gets to you. That’s good business. He should have contacted DoorDash since he had all of the door dashers information. Instead he told me I needed to contact DoorDash to chase down my food even though I don’t have an order number or receipt from DoorDash. He said he would be giving away free food. So it’s better for the customer to be out $50? I understand his concern but instead of blaming the customer make sure the system that the business is using works first so that your customers aren’t getting screwed. Maybe you should hire an actual driver if the food is going to be that expensive and there’s a chance it might not show up. Actually the customer service inside is also bad since I’ve been inside many times. It’s bareable at best. Which is why I thought I’d get it delivered. Why would I steal food from a place I’ve ordered from many times? But that will be my last time ordering with them mainly because of the customer service. I mean they just kept my money and didn’t even offer to call DoorDash. Then to add I called DoorDash and they said I have no order in their system. If I were them I would cut delivery off because that’s going to burn the relationship they have with the customers. 2 stars because the food is decent but hopefully you’ll never have to deal with their...

We were traveling back to Omaha from Texas and decided to plan a stop along our route to celebrate New Year's Eve. I searched for city parties and firework shows and learned that Bricktown ballfield in Oklahoma City was supposed to be having a party with bands, food trucks, and a fireworks show at midnight. It all turned out to be a fiasco since the city had moved the venue and our hotel didn't bother to tell any of its guests in advance. Hilton Garden Inn-Brickhouse won't compensate their guests for their mistake, another review is in order. Luckily this little gem of a restaurant was across the street from our hotel, and it put a little happiness on an otherwise ruined NYE celebration. Their decor is Mardi Gras and has a festive vibe. It was even kid friendly, which we needed because we were traveling with two toddlers. There was a little bit of a wait, as to be expected on a NYE evening. They had some great adult beverage specials, which we needed after being given the bad news that our plans had been ruined. My daughter ordered the crab dip as an appetizer, it was so delicious! Everyone, including the little ones, loved it! For our main meals I ordered the cajun crab and shrimp boil and my daughter had the shrimp diablo. I loved the shrimp boil, even though it had a spice that I was unsure about. It was either nutmeg, cinnamon, or something along those lines. Luckily it was only lightly dusted as a garnish. My daughter liked her meal, she didn't notice that it had a red sauce and was expecting an alfredo or white sauce. She tasted her son's alfredo and loved it!

I went to Pearl’s Crabtown in June 2024 with 8 co-workers and no reservations. We were served by a beautiful, energetic, funny young lady named Claudia. She was very accommodating when we asked for separate checks, which is not the usual response in most restaurants. Between the eight of us we had nearly everything on the New Orleans cuisine menu. Everyone raved about their food. The food was served in a very timely manner. It was served hot and delicious. I was so impressed with Claudia, the food and the service, that I went back by myself the next night. This time I was served by a young man named Marcus. He was also an excellent server; friendly, professional and attentive. The food was great. The first night I had Blackberry Pie with ice cream for dessert. The second night I enjoyed Key Lime Pie. Both desserts were worth returning for on their own. There was also a server who brought me a drink. I didn’t catch his name. He was full of welcoming, friendly, high energy. I made a point of telling the manager, “Bradley”, what a great experience it was to dine with him and his staff. I quickly realized that he’s one of the reasons the staff is so nice. He was extremely appreciative of the kind words and genuinely proud of each worker that I mentioned. Do yourself a favor and visit Pearl’s Crabtown in Oklahoma City. Ask for Bradley!
