Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

I was very disappointed in visiting this Starbucks. I only went here because I stopped at the bank in the same parking lot; me trying to save time.

I ordered a hot drink and oatmeal w/oatmilk. I opened it to add my toppings and noticed my oatmeal was cold….I stuck my finger in it…YEP! It’s cold. Strange to me because I had just placed the order. I brought it back to the counter to be remade.

The girl TOLD me “Next time, there’s a button in the app to say if you want the oatmilk steamed or not. Okay?” No, not okay, because no there isn’t. Not for ordering oatmeal, there isn’t. I told here this. She insisted and proceeded with an attitude. How do I know she has an attitude? She remade the oatmeal with BARELY enough oatmilk to cover the buds and she never announced it was ready. I happened to turn around, saw it on the counter, and asked if it was mine. Then she was reluctant to give me brown sugar. I can’t make this up.

I left, only to taste my drink and it was COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. I literally always order the same thing at every Starbucks, I’m not sure what happened here.

I like this Starbucks a lot! Although the size is a bit small, there always seems to be enough tables to fit everyone. There are only a few prime plug-in locations for you laptop lovers so make sure you get a seat next to one of the two walls! Off and on I've had problems with my orders here, but they're always willing to make it up to me by giving me a free drink coupon the next time I stop by. Mind you, I've been going to this location since it opened years ago so a few mishaps here and there are to be expected. The outside seating lacks coziness as every table butts up against parking stalls on one side and parking lot/drive-thru on the other. When I used to work in the area, the drive-thru service was exceptional! If you had to wait in line more than ten minutes, they would give you a free drink coupon... sweet! Friendly staff and great service has this Starbucks pegged as one of my favorites!

I went there because I normally love Starbucks. I recently moved to California and had not been to one since moving. I ordered 2 venti fraps and 2 lemon bars. Drive thru was slow... but I eventually paid and left. When I opened the bag all excited about my lemon bar (because they are amazing and I hadn't had one in almost a year) I was quite disheartened to find lemon pound cake. SO giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it was regional... Nope. The receipt said pound cake. Then a friend went in later that same day and asked for a lemon bar. the barista told him that no, they had been out of those for a couple of days...
